"I use my Fuze player to play audiobooksI rip the audiobook to my computerThe audiobook has many CDsI name them disc1, disc2, ...I then transfer them to the fuze playerBut many times the directory names are lost???The directory names are displayed as: Unknown AlbumSo I can only keep one CD on the player at a timeWhen I am finished, I delete the directory and copy the next CD to the FuzeOtherwise I have to try each "Unknown Album" till I find the one I wantThe only reason why I bought this player is that I had a gift certificateand the store did not sell IPods"

"I bought this on black friday, and it worked pretty good for about 2 months and then it started to mess up, causing me to have to format and wipe out 1900 songs it took me 2 days to reload the content imagine my disapointment and anger today when I had to do this again this time losing over 2000 songs, well I guess what my next 2 days will be spent doing.Overall a very disappointing product."

"I have had a terrible time with this product. I originally had an Ipod but decided to give this a chance. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! You have to convert all music to be compatible and after doing all of that then not all the music will transfer over. I have spent hours working on this! I called customer service for sansa after my music disappeared from my device after plugging it into my computer. The customer service rep did not have any of my information correct because of a language barrier and told me that he was on my device (which was impossible with the incorrect information which I repetitively tried to correct) and told me that 2/3 of my songs were missing because of corruption. He had no way of knowing this and told me that I would have to reset my device! Basically start over... again. Also, the device scratches easily and does not have many good options on how to play through a car without a lot of static. The few benefits of this device are that there is a way to play the radio and it looks like an older version of the ipod nano. The battery life is moderately long.Go ahead and spend a little extra for a nano!"

Buy the Radio Shack warranty! We\'ve replaced it at no cost (except for price of warranty) for the 4th time this year. The extra $10 is well worth it. You have to buy the warranty each time.
