  This product does not WORK very well. The pad becomes really dirty and is extremely hard to wash off. The Wave did not do its job by cleaning and removing my makeup. Instead of cleaning, it just felt really dirty from all the junk stuck in it from earlier. It broke within 4 days of my purchase and I got my refund.

  I bought the Wave a little over two weeks ago, and I have seen no difference in my skin at all. It's just as rough and oily as ever. In fact, it's actually more broken out than it has ever been. I feel that this was a big waste of money and time.

  dont waste money on this product.... this product is a piece of [garbage] and i agree its a bad product it didnt even get like bubbly or soapy! I had to like use my finger for it to get foamy it barley works to do that. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! its doesnt even make my skin soft. & After weeks of use i saw no difference it just doesnt ! I love neutrogena but this product STINKS

  I got this product after seeing a bunch of commercials for it on TV...like others said, it doesn't foam or vibrate much at all. Plus, with mine, I had to hold down the little button that made it vibrate the entire time I washed my face-very, very annoying. Then, about a week after I got it, it would randomly start turning on and vibrating around my sink in the middle of the night, waking me up. Eventually, the vibrating would cut in and out randomly...I'd be using it fine one second and the next it wouldn't be vibrating. Then it just stopped working altogether. Plus buying all the pads for it get costly after a while. While in the short time it did last my skin did feel marginally softer, but not nearly enough for me to go buy another one. Plus, my face felt...residue-y after I used this product, it seemed like I'd have to splash water on my face for five minutes just to get it off. Not worth is.

  i bought the wave when it first came out and i was DISAPPIONTED! i thought it would be like neutrogena's microdemabration (sp?) kit, which works great. but it barely vibrated and there were no bubbles whatsoever. my face wasn't even cleaner. DO NOT BUY THE WAVE!

  This product was offered to me to try and I thought perhaps it would be useful to have, for those days when you need a facial but you really don't have the time. I was very disappointed. First of all, I definitely woulnd't call it a "Power Cleanser", as it barely vibrates at all and doesn't do a ery impressive job - I get much better results from a weekly face scrub followed by a toner. Second: the cleanser is recommended for daily use, and since the pads are disposable and non-reusable that would mean discarding one pad a day - quite a waste, especially nowadays, when we are more aware of the efforts needed to protect the environment. Third: the amount of synthetic ingredients in the pads is, frankly, staggering. Who would want to use something like this daily? I really like Neutrogena makeup and some of their older products so I'm very disappointed with what really looks to be a poor quality product.

  First, the product works great. My skin was noticeably cleaner and even felt better too. HOWEVER, the problems began within the first few days of owning the product. It would turn itself on in the middle of the night if I left the battery in. After two weeks, it stopped working completely. So, I went to a different Target and purchased another Wave in a different color thinking this is a one time problem, but it wasn't. My new Wave began doing the same thing and this time it didn't even last two weeks. I contacted Neutrogena and told them I loved the product when it worked, but that you can't expect someone to buy a new product every two weeks because it quits working. I was refunded the purchase price of both. Bottom line - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

  I bought the Neutrogena Wave after I saw some ads for it and thought it would maybe work differently than most face cleaners, but I was definitely wrong. The wave made my skin look better for about a week. I used the Wave for 3 months, and finally stopped. It wasn't helping my face at all. It didn't clear my face up. All it did was dry out my skin and crack it. There were tons of dry spots on my face. And once, the foam got on the skin above my cheek and just under my eye and my whole eye swelled up. It was absolutely rediculous. The wave may seem like some extraordinary face product, but in reality, it's nothing special.

  I waited awhile before i bought the wave. it doesnt foam like they said in the advertisements, and it seemed to make me break out even more when i used it. its weird because I normally use mostly neutrogena products and they have all been great before this.

  this product from neutrogena doesnt work as well as they say it should. It does make your skin a whole lot softer and smoother but like it says on TV it doesnt get hardly any of the dirt out. I've had dirt in the pores of my nose for a long time so I decided to get the wave. I used it for about a week and it didn't take any of the dirt out. I don't reccomend it.
