Most Helpful Positive Review:
by ANGELA W (KANSAS CITY) on January 1, 2009 at Target
Fairly easy to put together and compared to other doll houses made from plastic in same price range - this one wins hands down. KidKraft makes other dollhouses as well which are just as well made. The glamore house has working lights and sounds/music - and is a lot bigger than this house but also more expensive. I like that this house fits Barbi sized dolls as well since we have an array of different dolls. Expect it to last a long time...

by Satsified mom "Christin" (Grinnell,KS) on December 13, 2008 at TargetI love the dollhouse-my husband and I put this together in about 1 hour and it is a good quality item. It's for Christmas, but I'm sure my daugher will love it too.

by Southern Suzi "Susan S" (Steilacoom, WA) on December 16, 2008 at TargetAfter hours of research and contemplation decided on this house for my 4 year old. Did not want an elevator that would break or electronics that would distract from imaginitive play. When I began to assemble the house discovered the very first hole had not been drilled. Almost took it back to the store but decided to keep it to avoid the hassle figuring the rest of the house would hold itself together. Took about 1.5 hours to put together by myself. I love the hidden screws and the ones that do show are color coordinated. Im sure she will love it Christmas morning, hope that one missing screw does not create any problems!

by Happy Mom on December 26, 2008 at TargetWe bought this for my daughter for her 3rd birthday. She absolutely loved it! Great for imaginative play - she has a whole family that she rotates between eating dinner, sitting in the living room, taking a bath, etc. She literally played with it for over an hour the first night. Very easy to assemble, screws are painted to blend in with the walls.

by Mom of two on December 26, 2008 at TargetI bought this for my soon to be 3- and 5-year old daughters for Christmas. They love it and my older daughter could not stop playing with it all day. It took about 2 hours to assemble. For the most part it appears to be fairly sturdy. I only wish it included more furniture similar to other Kidkraft dollhouses. I'd still recommend it.

by Tammy L. Keran (Lino Lakes, MN) on December 25, 2008 at TargetI purchased this dollhouse as a Santa gift for my 5 and 3 year old daughters. The dollhouse took me 1 hour to assemble. Very easy to assemble -- had absolutely no problems. This is an adorable dollhouse and a great value (I [purchased it] on sale). Very sturdy and well crafted. It came with 4 rooms fully furnished. I did purchase 2 chairs, an ottoman, side table and lamp for the 5th room. My daughters are having great fun playing with their dollhouse and their Barbies are a perfect size for this dollhouse. I highly recommend this dollhouse to every one (of all ages).

by Dragonflymum "Dragonflymum" (Florida) on December 29, 2008 at TargetWe purchased this one vs. the Barbie Dreamhouse in hopes that the wood would outlast the plastic (price!). This house is SOOO worth the money - peices are good & durable, pretty easy to assemble and looks like it will last her quite a long time. Fits all of her Barbies and even bought more furniture for the other rooms today. She absolutely loves it (and is 8!). I say 'pretty' easy to assemble because you must make very good friends with the 2" allen wrench. Get yourself a GOOD phillips screwdriver to hold the nuts while turning in the bolts. This will save you an immense amount of frustration! Directions were clear and all screws were color coded. Took me about 1 1/2 hours to put together because I did not have a good phillips :(

by LadyChery (Lakeland, Fl) on December 23, 2008 at TargetI bought this house for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas. I also purchased the kitchen set at the store to go with the house, and i plan on purchasing the living room set just to fill it in. It took me two hours to put it together, and i love the finished product. My mother and i already had our turn playing with it. This is a little girls and big girls dream house.

by Aaliyah's Mimi (Allentown, Pa, USA) on December 27, 2008 at TargetThis was a Christmas present for my 3 year old grandaughter. The house was super easy to put together, super big, and furniture was all together (wooden, sturdy).Cool chandalier is above on the ceiling in the bedroom. One of my biggest concerns was that Barbie would fit in! The house is perfect Barbie has 3 inches above her head! Barbie & my grandaughter love the dollhouse!Highly recommended!!:)
