"I was remodiling my kitchen, bath and familly room. I ordered 10 lights from home depot internet. They were all Hampton Bay. I had purchased Hampton Bay many time and felt the quality was very good. But this time I was very disapointed. There were missing parts and almost every light had at least one broken part. Who ever had packed the lighting did not use much care and had broke the glass. One of the lights had 3 of the four glass parts broken. The lights were beautiful but they were all difficult to put together and had broken or missing parts. Very frustrating"
