"Actually, I'd give it 4.5 stars but couldn't do that in the rating format. This light went into the kitchen area of our open kitchen/dining/entertaining area of my vacation home. It was easy to install, and gives off very nice light with the two 60W bulbs that come with it. It looks a little bit different from the picture, in that the shade is an alabaster with veins running thru it (looks like it's ribbed in the picture). And the color is pewter, not bright silver, so the detailing is not extremely noticeable, which makes the light nice but not too formal. It's also not a large light - almost just right in every respect for what I was looking for. You won't see anything like this one in most stores!"
