I love my root art/serving dish. I have one that has four sections so I use it as a vegetable tray. Looks great when serving fresh broccoli.

Just ugly1 star rating

We had this on our guest registry and were hugely disappointed when it arrived. It is an ugly chunk of wood that doesn't sit evenly and doesn't look anywhere near as attractive as the picture. It may have some merits as firewood.

  • Beautiful Addition to the Table5 star rating

These are very special bowls. Each bowl is one-of-a kind and exudes its own personality. If you have a Target store nearby, I suggest picking one out in person. I use them with a beautiful set of brown-glazed stoneware that I also found at Target. The bowls are extremely light in weight and the natural wood brings an element of nature and harmony to the table. They are certain to be a conversation piece when having guests for dinner. I've seen similar bowls in up-scale catalogs for 3 and 4 times the price. Get 'em while you can!

I think that this bowl is a great looking serving piece. It looks good with many types of dishes and tableware. I like it so much that I picked up several for Christmas gifts.
  • Fabulous -- a story in wood!5 star rating

These are beautiful. Safe for food, very durable, graceful and artistic, and the unique story of a tree is all there in the root wood! I use mine to offer a stack of napkins, or apples, or cheese and crackers. I love it.

Picked this up at my local Target today. It seems to be of good quality, and is very unique. Not as heavy as it looks.
