The days of making an actual vision board are obsolete. Today’s consumers are going virtual, eagerly pinning recipes, décor ideas, and future buys to their boards on Pinterest. They’re also following brands at a growing rate. But according to a new survey by Shop.org, comScore, and The Partnering Group, consumers aren’t only looking for potential freebies from retailers. Instead, shoppers are seeking inspiration and ideas from brands they love. We take a look at the survey findings to figure out what consumers really want out of a social relationship with a retailer.
