It broke my heart, but I had to take these shoes back - they are a full size smaller than marked.

Purchased these shoes in gray in the fall and fell in love with them. Great support for all day walking. Can't wear heels due to a bad knee and most flats have no support. Not a big fan of athletic shoes. These are perfect. All the best of an athletic shoe with style. Just wish they came in a large variety of colors. Would love to see them in red, white, navy blue and denium blue. Would also like to see the gray come back.

I bought these shoes to wear while traveling and I love them. They're very comfortable and look nicer than wearing sneakers, but they're also casual. I'm going to buy another pair as a back-up and will get both colors. I would love it if they came in brown also. I bought a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear.Try them, you'll love them!

i bought these shoes for wearing around the house or a quick trip to the convenience store when i'm too lazy to find socks. they are great. they fit nicely and have a nice style to them that doesn't scream "hey look at me i'm looking for attention" perfect for walking with the nice padded soles. good value for a payless shoe.

I read the reviews and bought these online. Yes, these shoes are extremely comfortable. But the other side of the story is that they are cute, too. The picture online does not do the shoe justice. I wear size 12 and some styles accentuate your foot size...not these however. These shoes compliment your casual wardrobe. These are my new go-to shoes when going for coffee or running my errands. I'll be picking up an extra pair or two for the future.

Can't say enough about these shoes. These are my go to shoes. They feel great and go with everything casual. They do run a little small, but the way they are cut they feel great for those of us with a little meat on the top of the foot. Love them!!!

I am on foot and have to have a shoe that I can walk in without cramping. I was browsing the pages here because I got a coupon in the email and found this shoe. I did some intensive research and read the reviews with everyone raving about this shoe, even if they do run very small. I went to the store and bought a pair...ended up with a full size larger than what I normally wear so that part holds true. Then came the test. I put them on and walked 2 1/2 miles home....they pinched my toes a bit, needing breaking in, but my calves never cramped once!! Awesome shoes and I will be wearing them with and without socks, winter, summer, spring and fall!

Besides being extremely comfortable, this shoe goes with everything, It is a casual shoe- without being too casual. It feels like a much more expensive shoe. I received many compliments on the shoes. I wish I had them in every color!

I purchased these in all three colors (tan, black and gray) and they are so very comfortable. Could you consider brown and navy please?

I just completed the first day of school back and I have NEVER come home with out my feet screaming, I purchased these shoes and I am telling you today was the first time I can honestly say I dont have foot pain. I work in a Special Ed Classroom where we are on our feet all day and these shoes have saved my poor feet!

I love these shoes because they are supportive, comfy, cute, and great for walking around for a while. The soles are nice and thick unlike most flats. I feel like you could wear them with anything except a dress, you could even wear them with a casual skirt!I know people had trouble with the toes being narrow, but I just got half a size larger than what fit perfectly, and it totally solved that issue without being too big. And I have wide feet and often have trouble with shoes rubbing my toes terribly, so if I say it can be fixed, you know where I'm coming from!My only problem was that the right one rubbed above my heel pretty badly pretty quickly, but I solved that by just purchasing a set of gel heel inserts for $5- they raised my foot enough so that the back wasn't rubbing. They really are great shoes!! I highly recommend them.

I bought these shoes for more support than some of the other flats I had bought from Payless before. I love them! Great support and I like the style. My only negative comment would be that the toe area was a little small, but not bad. I loved them so much, I bought another pair. If you want a "kick around town in" shoe that's comfortable and nice looking, I would strongly suggest these shoes!

these are comfy everyday shoes. they fit more narrow at the toes, which works well for me as i have small narrow feet.they have a soft sole good for walking, and they are slip proof.I'm going to buy one more pair.

I may be a little biased right now being 8 1/2 months pregnant, but I had to go a full size and a half larger than what I would normally wear. Definitely a shoe you have to try first before you buy. They do have a tenancy to rub the heal, but the heal cushions will fix it no problem. Very comfortable shoe, very happy with my purchase.

This shoe is very narrow at the toes and it squished my toes so bad that I had blisters after walking in them for just 5 minutes .On the other hand they are broad in the middle ( arch area) and at the heels so the foot tends to slip out of them .The also need to be broken into .I am never going to buy any shoe online without trying it out at the store .

This shoe does run a FULL SIZE SMALL. I bought a size up which I have never done. That is the main reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5. The sole of the shoe is perfect...I believe it is made of memory foam but it's real memory foam, not that imitation stuff. It truly forms around your feet and toes and you can feel it and it's wonderful. That is the best part of the shoe. I wore the all day today and while they are comfortable, I did start feeling them rubbing a bit on the side of my foot but then I have a largish bone that kind of protrudes on the side, so that could be part of it, but that doesn't happen to most of my shoes...just this shoe because of the way it's cut rather low on the top so it's the edging that rubbed. I love the style and for the price it's pretty darn good.

I'm picky about my shoes. They have to give me support, they can't make my feet ache mercilessly, and most of all, I have to be able to wear them to work.In a business-casual environment, it's hard to find a "supportive shoe" in your career. There are those who stick by you, and then start to smell mercilessly if you wear them without socks once. There are ones that immediately scuff and fall to pieces. There are also those that just... don't... feel... comfortable.(And don't get me started on wedges or heels. I wear them sometimes. But not always.)This shoe somehow manages to meet all of my requirements. It is a comfortable shoe without making my arches ache. It's fashionable enough to wear with almost any business casual outfit, and easily wearable with casual jeans and the occasional sundress. And if it doesn't fit, fine. I'll swap with wedges or heels for one day or two out of the month. But for daily wear, these were my go-to pair. When the time came to replace them, it was only because the cloth on the side had started to give out. When I replaced them - Same style, same color, same size. Wonderful.Happy Shopping!
