I have been using these for about a week now. As a figure skater I need a lot of energy but also need to keep my weight low. After about an hour of taking the pill I become weak, and shakey to the point where walking up the stairs is hard. You really have to push your exercise hard and make extra sure you get more caffeine than is in these pills. The best apart about this pill though, is that WITH EXERCISE (burning about 300-400 calories a day) you can expect to lose weight. If you can deal with the side effects, this is a great pill.

Have been on the product for about a week. The first day I was a little shakey, but was better after I ate, did not feel any weakness because I ate after 20 minutes of taking the product like recommended (don't starve yourself), keep yourself at or slightly under a 1500 calorie intake and regular exercise. Its hard to stay with in the total calorie intake when I want McDonalds (one meal is over 1100 calories), but the pills definantly helped with that by curving my appetite.

I've only taken this pill 3 times, (last evening, this morning, and tonight) and my waistline is down half an inch. I do exercise regularly and eat healthy, running about 2 miles everyday and with a strength training routine as well but I've maintained the same weight for over a month. It works assuming you are already in shape, somewhat, is what I'm trying to say. However, there were a few side effects at first. I get headaches each time I take it, and get somewhat shaky & hot flashes. But it's barely noticeable now. Just happy that it works :)
