I suffered an injury of radial nerve palsy, which left my wrist limp and my hand somewhat paralyzed. This brace was the only comfortable one i found that did the job. I bought two and washed one in the sink nightly so I could alternate. I also wrapped my wrist with an ace bandage before putting on the brace to add comfort. In time the velcro straps did lose their grip, so I went to the store and bought some velcro and cut it to size and used that over the straps, and voila...perfection.

I always purchase both right and left wrist braces for my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome from Walgreens, and choose to continue to look for Ace brand. They are well made, wash easily, and velcro holds up acceptably in stabilizing wrists. I have purchased Ace brand for years, after trying other brands that did not hold up as well.
