    I had watched this before in a theater in 2-D and was pleasantly surprised by how an already terrific experience was enhanced by 3-D. Until content producers figure out how to deliver a 3-D product less expensively, the market is likely to remain something of a novelty, or for me, at least, a luxury, as I am unlikely to view it more than once or twice.

    What a great 3D movie; beautiful deep animation. At three minutes in the 3D disc became stuck in multiple loops. Forward scene; it happened again. Exchanged disc; it happened again. Just attempted to watch Cars 2; it happened again. No trouble viewing multiple other 3D discs.

    If people think the 3D version of Toy Story 3 is not so good, then they should not be watching 3D movies to begin with. This is easily reference quality 3D material. If you took the leap into 3D, then this is a must for your collection!

    Of coursr it was a great movie its toy story im 22 years of age so I grew up with the original 2. I loved the story and movie its great. But I would save some money buy it in 2d the 3d was not that good at all.

    Huge disney fan, love this movie and Disney's 3D technology but we are returning our second disc and do not plan to replace it again. First disc would get caught in a loop multiple times throughout the movie. Only way out of the loop was to fast forward through the scene. Returned that movie and got a new one. Same thing. We have returned the second movie and will stick with our 2D version. Hope other Disney movies are not like this.

    Pixar outdid themselves with this one. The story is funny yet engaging. The character differences between Woody and Lotso are deep and teach a great lesson about faithfulness. The animation is superb as usual. Some scenes are almost photo realistic. I basically never tire of watching this one. Don't have a 3D monitor/TV so haven't really gotten to enjoy it in 3D. But the main benefits are in the story and characters.
