This chair is so amazingly comfortable. It rolls so smoothly and quietly. I am tall and it fits me perfectly.

Before buying this chair, I went into Staples several times, just to sit in it. I looked at numerous chairs both online and in various stores, and the TP 9000 was the most comfortable. Finally, seeing the chair on sale made my mind up. Assembling the chair was a breeze and took only a few minutes. The only tool required (an allen wrench) was provided.

The chair is sturdy, yet comfortable. It rolls easily on the chair mat that I use in my home office. I am 5'10" and my wife is 5'4" tall. The chair is easily adjustable and fits us both. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who sits more than a few minutes at a time in their home office or in front of a computer.

Terrific for a mid-range price. WAY better than the hard dining room chair that was doubling as my office chair :) Despite other reviews, this is perfect for a short or tall person and easy to adjust. Not terribly crazy about the bulky hard plastic armrests or the look of the bulky back frame, but the seat is very cushy and the mesh back very supportive and seems Ergo correct. Seems built to last.

Store Assembled chairs for us for a small fee. Mesh back allows for better air flow, cooler and seems less visually bulky in our home office. They roll like a dream. We were not originally planning on spending this much on office chairs but the quality and comfort sold us. These will last. Definitely worth the money.

I work at home and I am at the computer every day, all day. I desparately needed a good chair as I have back and neck issues. I did not want to spend a lot on a chair and then find it still wasn't good for my long sitting periods. This chair has been great. I've had it for a year now and it's held up beautifully. I liked the mesh back and fabric seat for the summer, leather is too hot. The adjustable arms have helped with my carpal tunnel outbreaks. I did recently have to tighten the screws ont the back but I bought the chair assembled so I never checked them. I am here today hoping to find a way to shorten the chair by even an inch. It's the only con I have about the chair. I'm 5'3" and while me feet touch the floor in the lowest position, 1+ inch lower would be much more comfortable and help me to keep my back straighter. Otherwise, it's been an awesome chair and well worth the money. May look for one of those things you can put on the floor under your desk to rest your feet on. Perhaps that will solve the problem if I cannot find a way to further adjust it. I don't recall them having the other, more adjustable version, when I bought this one. I gave 5 stars because 4.5 wasn't an option.

I just created a new "sewing" room and needed a comfortable chair which would allow me to either work at a computer or sewing machine. The chair is very comfortable and gives me great support. The adjustable arms are great and do not interfere with sitting in a more upright position for working at a sewing machine. I have had this chair for about a week and find that I don't need to stand up and stretch after sitting in it for hours at a time. Very happy with my decision to buy this chair.

I own a Tempur-Pedic bed and love it, so it was a no-brainer when I started looking for a new chair for my home office. I was picky - my husband and I had been sharing custody of a high end Herman Hiller chair, but since we decided we should each have a home office, I was the "lucky" recipient of a new chair. I sat in all of the Tempur-Pedic chairs at Staples, and immediately felt comfortable in the TP9000. However, since I had not purchased a home office chair in a few years, decided I had better take a look at what was available. I visited all the big box stores, an office liqudator, and a new office furniture store, but in the end, returned to my local Staples and came home with the TP9000.

My husband quickly assembled the chair for me, moved it into my office, and we made the necessary adjustments (armrest width, tilt, seat height, etc.). Adjustments were easy and quick, and now I'm happily ensconced in my new comfy chair.

So my day begins rolling out of a Tempur-Pedic Cloud bed into a Tempur-Pedic "cloud" chair. Could a girl get any luckier or more comfortable???

    Ahhh...

I would recommend to my friends. It is a very comfortable chair and adjusts to my height and arm lengths. The tempur-pedic seat cushion is well worth the money.

For years I had been looking for a chair for my home office that had the comfort, ergonomic features, flexibility, and styling of the chairs that I have used in my work offices, but without having to pay the $800+ retail price of those commercial office chairs. But everything that I would see down in this price range would feel cheap, uncomfortable, and/or inflexible in its adjustments, and I wouldn't even want to spend $200 on them.

Then, recently, I happened to see these Tempur-Pedic chairs (in a Staples store), and the TP9000 hit the spot for me. The cushion is of course comfortable, as you would expect with Tempur-Pedic material. The large back is supportive, and its mesh material looks stylish. In addition to the height adjustment, the height and separation of the armrests can be adjusted, and the whole chair can be unlocked into to a tilt/recline mode with adjustable tension, a feature I really like.

Finally, the TP9000 was straightforward to assemble at home. The store didn't actually have one in stock (other than the display model), but they delivered it to my house for free the next day.

When tried in the store, seemed to be more comfortable then, but when got home did not seem to be the same. Also not as adjustable as I was lead to believe. Paid too much for this chair and could have gotten one about the same for less money,

I fell in love with this chair the very first time I ever sat in it. Best sitting chair I have ever owned and believe me after being in business for over 30 years, I have had my share of office chairs. Very supportive, comfortable and provides great lumbar support while you maintain a good posture working at a desk all day. Best purchase I have made in a long time.

I bought this chair for my home office. The cushion is outstanding! As a guy who runs on the warm side, I appreciate the mesh back, which allows good airflow to keep me cool, unlike real or imitation leather.

I bought this chair about a month ago, and waited to review it to make sure it stayed comfortable. Must say that I'm very impressed with the comfort - my back no longer feels sore after extended periods of sitting at my desk and working on my pc. The only negative is that the arms are a bit wobbly, as the fit between the adjustable arms and the chair itself is not as snug as it could be. I stuffed some folded paper in the gap and that has improved it. If not for that, I would have rated it a 5.

I was suggested this chair by some friends that use it all day for work. I use it for 6-10 hours a day for work and sometimes additionally for 2-4 hours for personal daily. It's fabric/mesh is comfortable and does not make me hot. I know people describe it as "breathing", but it's not exactly making me cooler, it just doesn't heat me up. I know you can spend $800 on fully adjustable, ergonomic chairs but I would probably never adjust half of them and overall you don't have too spend that kind of money because you can find great chairs like this one. I've been using for about 30 days now and have no complaints. It seems like a great chair that will hold up for the next couple years but I guess only time will tell.

We were shopping for a chair for my husband to use in his office. I was not even in the market to purchase a chair for myself. When I saw this chair and tried it out I found it so comfortable that I ended up getting it for myself. My husband continued to shop for the perfect chair. After 2 weeks we found he was constantly stealing my chair. Needless to say we ended up buying a second chair for him to use. It would be nice if they offered the same chair but made for a tall person. Even though this chair is not designed for a tall person (my husband is 6'7") he finds that this chair is more comfortable than most. The only other chairs he considered were over $1500 each - and that was just too much to spend on a chair that wasn't made in the USA. We opted for the Tempurpedic chairs and so far are very happy with them.

Seat bottom gets warm if you sit too long, and for the price it could have better lumbar support, but still one of the more comfortable seats for the price

I can sit in this chair 10-12 hours per day and be extremely comfortable. I don't know why it took me so long to purchase a new chair. Additionally, I don't know how I worked without THIS chair. I've told all my friends it is a must purchase in 2013!

I tried a variety of chairs before deciding on this one. I tried all of the Tempur-Pedic models at Staples and decided this one was the best of the choices provided. It has a good tilt function, seems sturdy and does not have too many controls to make adjustments confusing. Simple, comfortable and affordable.
