  I have always had chapped lips so I looked to the L'Occitane Shea Butter Lip Balm to help. However after using it for a time period of 5 days the change shown was minimal and nearly unnoticable. However helping a little the lip balm had run out before any dramatic change was seen.

  I have tried MANY lip conditioners over the years - this is hands down the best, and least expensive, what a bonus! It is not greasy like many others, my lips are very soft the next morning, ready to apply my lipstick, gloss, etc.!!!

  It feels dry for a lip balm. It tuggs when I apply it to my lips and the product feels like it sits on top. I actually like it better since I started using it on my cuticles.

  I thought with Shea Butter in this lip balm it would be very soft, silky, and moisturizing, and it was none of those things. It was dry and dragged on your lips, when you tried to apply it. I know it only cost $10, but I had to send it back it was so bad. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing
