  this tv control panel shield is awesome. i bought one for the living room tv because my mom was sick of my daughter turning the tv off at night when she was watching it. (i live with my mom and my daughter is used to the tv being off all day so when its on at night when she is getting ready for bed she wants to turn it off cause it "doesnt belong on".) i am actually going back to get a second one for the tv in my bedroom, my daughter LOVES to press buttons and when i go to turn my tv on, the channels are all messed up sometimes its on with the volume way up high. i would definately recommend this, i wish i just had gotten it alot sooner!!!

  This did absolutely nothing. Just an expensive piece of plastic. Twins removed it immediately.

  My 14 mo old son loves to push buttons, but most of all mine! So, I thought I found the answer to our prayers after discovering this piece of plastic. The image on the box is a little misleading as it looks like it will properly fit around standard cable boxes. I through that there would be a but more to the shield, but its just a "L" shape. I followed the instructions and velcro'd it to the cable box. My son immediately put it to the test, and the shield was torn off within seconds. Not impressed and I'm hoping I can take it back!
