Works surprisingly well! It makes uncomfortable shoes feel comfortable; and also helps with heel pain. I had to size down to fit my narrow heels: while I normally wear a D in Superfeet (green), for these, I had to get the C size, and they are perfect.

They work surprisingly well, it's like magic from a piece of plastic. Very comfortable, they help diminish plantar fasciitis pain as well. Regarding sizing: I normally wear size D (Superfeet green) but for these I had to size down to C as i have narrow heels. Important: dont just follow the size chart, take your heel width into account. Simple, easy to use, and very effective.

The Super Feet have a good reputation.They are not suitable to my feet which a a bit wide.I found the Sole brand to help me more. Bought these to fit in dress shoes for added support...but does not meet the needs at all. [...]
