I recently got this video because I want to get pregnant and practice yoga throughout. It is very relaxing and has all of the stages that you will go through. However, there are too many props that I do not have and it doesn't go into the next pose smoothly because the camera is shut off after every pose. In looking through the dvd I realize that it's because some of the poses are recycled throughout the video. It requires a lot of space, so if you don't have that, don't get this video. Don't know if I would recommend it.
