    I have tried Osteo-BiFlex and it doesn't work nearly as good as this, and I only have to take one a day as opposed to 2. Much easier to swallow also. I have problems in my shoulders, and this works better, and I take less. BONUS !

    I have arthritis in my knee and I was skeptical about a supplement doing much to help. My knee pain has subsided after two weeks. There must be something to this. I've tried other brands or combinations of this but this one is the only one that helped.
