The stocks feel slippery. I suspect b/c of the polyster material used for Dry Fit. I'd prefer cotton sock as they feel less slippery on your sweaty feet. I'd return them if I had known how poor they are. College and NBA use old fashion reliable cotton.

First off, these socks have all the right padding in right place, feet feel wonderful after running with them in cleats. I wear a size 10 1/2 and bought larges (which is usually medium in most sock/shoe sizes) and they fit pretty snug. The synthetic material does a great job of wicking away moisture, but it takes a few wears to get used to the slightly, dare a say, rubbery feeling. Nothing that bothers me, the material just has a noticeable texture to the touch.

Thanks for the suggestion and showing us they were on sale. Came to the site to get something else and ended up buying 3 pairs of the Nike Elite Basketball socks. Love the color combos available.

Haven't washed them yet but they fit him perfectly and he's very happy with his buy. He is actually an XL size foot (14) but bought the L ones and they were big enough. He didn't want them to go up to high on his shin.
