Way fun, easy to use and watch. I have used my nexus to take notes, skype my kids, take pictures, read mail, watch movies, read books. it is AWESOME! It was more than I expected. Not an iPad, but who cares! I am able to do everything I need to do with my nexus and I spent a fraction of the cost. I also bought a cheap docking keyboard/case - it can make life easier at times but is not needed. You will love this (unless your an apple goofball)

I like the size because it is easy to carry around. Great screen, fast processor, lots of free apps. Very happy with purchase.

Nexsus 7 is a pleasure to use. I purcheased a generic android last year and was very displeased. It was everything Nexus is NOT.
Nexus was easy to set up,it is simple to use and does everything I would need or expect from an easy to transport tablet.
Very happy with the Nexsus, and grateful Staples had them in stock after Christmas when I needed it.
I use it for email and web searching mostly. It performs quickly and efficiently. I traveled to Indianapolis and had no problem getting connected to their WI FI network. Much easier than in the past.

Bought 2 for my wife and daughter. They loved it. My wife has 1st generation iPad now she loves the Nexus due to its small size and it serves her needs. Android has all the apps and more. Highly recommended.

Like this tablet so far. Easy to connect to wireless networks.

Only drawback is that some apps are not compatible with this tablet. Kind of surprising when the app will run on older generation smartphones.

When I first bought the Nexus 7 it was fine, but then a couple months later it crashed and froze that happened a couple times, and now like six month later it wont even turn on. I didn't do anything to break it I just downlaoded the apps from there app store so I do not recommend it to any one its just terrible.

I really love this tablet a lot. I use it professionally and also to watch foreign TV channels, read and shop. As a women, it fits in my purse which is a plus. That's a perfect tool to access professional data from my company while on the road.

I loved my Nexus 7 that I got for myself for Christmas. That is, for the first 3 weeks. Then the screen cracked (for no apparent reason), and now it is useless. I asked for the protection plan at the Staples checkout, and assumed that I had purchased it. Unfortunately the clerk did not include the plan. When I went online to file a claim and see about getting it fixed, I found out it was not included. By the way, Corning Fit glass is NOT Gorilla glass. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This nexus 7 makes my smart phone seem obsolete. If this as my cell phone it would be perfect. I now use this instead of my phone. I preset WiFi hotspots on my route and as I drive past it automatically logs on and quickly downloads my emails. Screen plenty big. Size let's me carry in my coat pocket. Really fast. Quality feel. Dictation is as fast as I talk and gets very few words wrong. Speaker good enough. Really long battery life. I play the radio on it all night and barely runs down battery. Charging seems to take at least two hours. Now n indespensible device for me. Amazing what this can do.

This tablet is a great replacement for many of the things that I used to do with my phone. It's wireless only, so keep that it mind. But man, it's just awesome. Solid construction and great batter life. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in the tablet market but not wanting to break the bank.

This was an excellent gift as it is extremely portable and lightweight and easy to transport anywhere. I just throw it in my purse and go and it's there whenever I need it. It's great for reading books, playing games, watching movies or television shows, catching up on the latest news, reading emails, etc. It's also great for entertaining grandchildren in the car when traveling without having to have all of the necessary equipment for playing DVDs. The only negative I noticed is that the volume doesn't adjust quite as loud as I would like, which can make it difficult to hear without earphones, especially if there are other external noises. But I would definitely recommend this product.

For non-phone connection APPS, where WIFI is available, it works better then IPhone... from email to WWF. Yet not too big like a laptop. Will not replace the other two devices, but augments usage of the Internet by a light weight, right size tools.

This tablet fits in my Cargo pants pocket. I take it everywhere along with a moble hot spot. I really like the Android system. I own full size iPad because it was the first tablet on the market and for some uses I like the larger size but I prefer this tablet.

Wonderful tablet. It is too bad that Staples stores do not honor the Staples website pricing. They should as a company policy and also get credit when on-line orders are shipped to the store

I love this tablet... enjoying every bit... very responsive...
but, make sure you do not upgrade to Android 4.2.1 quite yet... keep it at 4.1.2
I have heard that there are response issues with the new version... and Google is working on it.

anyway, I also think it's way better than an iPad Mini which we also have through work... not sure what the fuss is about Apple products... the resolution on this is so much sharper than the iPAd Mini...

This was a gift & the end user has a droid phone. They fell in love with the Nexsus 7 tablet becaus it is the samething as the droid. Already had the google account just needed to get the same apps onto the Nexus. Had to figure out how to get all the music from the phone onto the tablet, was able to figure that out with out a headache. Loves checking out the free apps, can't wait to take it on my next trip for the reading, intranet and to see how long the battery life is,I will be on a plane for a couple of hours - that will be the big test. Love the Nexsus & would recommend it to all droid users.

I gave this as a gift to my daughter. She said it is a great device as she no longer has to tote her laptop around. Not sure, but the problem seems to be devices running the Droid operating system and battery life. Cell phones and tablets are not getting the advertized life from the batteries. We have turned off bluetooth and wifi when not in use, and it still seems the devices stay on the charger more than not. Overall, it is a much better device than the HP handhelp she was using before this.
