This was purchased for use in an office, and size was a major consideration. It's compact, keeps a supply of drinks and foods cold, and was perfect for my needs. It does the job and the price was reasonable. Ordering and pick-up of this item were very simple, it was waiting just inside the door at the service desk when I arrived just hours after ordering.

I purchased this mini-fridge to store medicine in my bedroom. It's bulky for my needs, but smaller medical fridges from other sites were ridiculously expensive. The freezer compartment is the perfect size for a couple ice packs. The noise from the compressor is not disruptive. It cycles on and off periodically, but I hardly notice it after the 2 weeks I've had it.

By placing the motor inside the fridge it gives the back of the fridge a flat surface. By doing so it reduces the amount of storage space inside the fridge. The teeny freezer takes up space but doesn't keep things frozen. The back of the fridge is open, exposing the motor and wiring. It should have a fenestrated covering but doesn't come with one. The fridge is a disappointment for those reasons but so far it has kept a cold temperature and that is its one positive feature.

This refrigerator is light and compact. It gets cold fast and really gives things a nice chill before they go in my cooler. I travel around a lot fishing tournaments and didn't want to have to keep buying ice everyday. It is great to transport from campsite to campsite.

Keeps drinks and food cold.....that's okay.But when you put ice cream in it turns soft...yucky. No matter how small the container is...it just won't keep ice cream frozen.Freezes yogurt fine. Freezes fruit cups. BUT IT WON'T KEEP ICE CREAM FROZEN.For what it does, the price is too high. If I needed a refrigerator to keep sodas cold I'd buy this Magic Chef only if the price was in the 50 dollar range.It's very attractive, doesn't hurt the decor of the room....JUST WON'T KEEP ICE CREAM FROZEN.

This little refridgerator does exactly what we wanted it to do...keep items cold while taking up little space. Its very quiet, and does not get in the way. I plugged it in and slid it under a counter and it's been doing what it's supposed to do. The End.

The compact refrigerator was delivered and was very easy to set up. We were able to hide it in a small stand-alone armoire with front doors that had been used for a TV so the back was removed. Thus, this small, convenient refrigerator can be hidden from view if desired.

I bought this refrigerator for a college dorm room for its size but it never worked right from the start. The temperature control knob was stuck at 5. We eventually forced it up to 6 so it would freeze things in the freezer box and there was a popping a flash of light. This happened again as we attempted to turn the knob back down and whenever it reached around 5. Then we decided to leave it alone because it was working well enough to keep things cool. But eventually we were trying to freeze things and wanted to turn the knob up to 6 to get stuff to freeze. This time the same thing happened again plus it tripped the circuit breaker and broke the fridge. We tried plugging it into a different outlet and it tripped that one too. And still didn't work. And the warranty doesn't really cover repair only a refund which requires a receipt as well as cutting the plug off of the machine.

I purchased this back in 2004 and it is just now starting to go out. This has been running strong for 8 years! You can't ask for a better deal for your money. The only neg is the freezer, it will not freeze or even keep frozen food frozen. If your looking for a refrigerator for drinks, milk, fruit, etc. you can't find a better product. I like my milk really cold and this is where I keep my milk!! I get a nice ice cold glass of milk time and time again!I have no problem referring anyone to this fridge, and I intend to buy another one in the next week or two.

Despite being double-boxed, the unit arrived with a good-sized dent in the door. My wife decided to keep it, even though returning it wouldn't have been difficult. For one thing, we have a store one mile away. She says it's a little noisier than expected, but overall it's fine.
