The McDavid Multi Action Knee Strap helps relieve pain from runner's or jumper's knee and non-specific patellar pain. 3/16" thick thermal neoprene sleeves offer therapeutic body heat retention while providing firm compression and soft tissue support. Extra long sleeve protects against abrasion. Padded horseshoe buttress protects and relieves pressure from the patella. Two-sided nylon construction gives added durability. Adjustable straps with VELCRO® brand fasteners. Fits right or left knee. Ideal in assisting patellar tracking. Sold individually.

    A great product, it allows me to get o most from my workouts. The removablepads allow me to adjust the strap to get the comfort i need & it never slips which is a big plus. It also give enough support when i'm running. i can go from the gym to a game & know it will withstand the punishment i put through. Another thing its superlight, you wont even feel that you have it on

    I ordered a L/XL size according to measurements.It barely fit. I have other knee braces that encompass the entire knee in this same size and they fit much better. In comparison, this one fit more as a Medium than a Large. I do like it's support and soft side bars.

    I have struggled with knee pain for years and was recently diagnosed with patellar-femoral syndrome. This brace is the only thing I've found that actually helps to stabilize my knee cap in the proper position to allow me to exercise without pain. I have already recommended it to others and my physical therapist was thrilled to see this brace. He has been searching for this type of product for years for his patients.

    I'm 5'7" & 150lbs; should have chosen the L/XL, S/M has a tight fit. Great for runner's knee.

    This is an excellent product. I am into crossfit and was getting knee pains from running, box jumps and other similar workouts. After wearing these the pain has gone and I can run a couple of miles without feeling any pain. It also helped improve my performance.
