Martha Stewart products are usually known for the extra "something" that makes them stand out from other similar products. I love the elastic band on this file for holding it together. However, the color options were boring. I'd have preferred a clear case with one of the signature MS colored bands...not putty gray...which will look old and dirty very shortly.

This is a small sized file accordion. The nice part of it is that it expands on the bottom as well as the sides. The band is sewed onto the back so I think it'll hold. The cover is a bit inflexible so it's not too easy to bend back and loop on to open as suggested. The elastic used to close is not very pretty but otherwise functional.

The day I purchased this, I removed the label from the back. The pretty embossing came off with the label.

After less than 6 months of very light use, the button fell off the front. It has not been "used and abused" - other than the missing button it looks brand new.

I now have a handy filing system for my receipts. No longer do I pack my wallet with receipts, instead everything has a slot. The size and look of the accordion file is small enough to carry in my purse and it looks nice. Also, the elastic band makes it more practical if I need to expand my receipts. I like to keep it slim-less spending!
