I travel for work and this ARC system is the perfect size for keeping me organized! The only improvement to the item would be to make them reinforced as the lined paper is. Project Planner pages are moved around more than simple notes.

I love the ARC system it really works for organization and planning. The way you can change it and move it around and purchase what you need to specifically work for your life is great. I own several of them in various sizes because they work.

I bought this paper to go with the system. This system is different from a three-ring binder, in that you can attach and detach the paper and other products from the binder without opening any rings. The paper simply clasps onto the rings. This is a good thing, and provides an easy way to add to, as well as take away pages. The only issue I've found, and it's a small one, is that sometimes the paper doesn't clasp around the rings all the way. This means that at times the paper begins to slip out and away from the rings. Overall however, it's not been a significant issue (my system doesn't have papers flying all over the place). I like the spacing on the paper, and it has a box above where I add the date - or any other headings I need on a particular day.

The Arc Project Planner was given to me for Christmas, I really like it, it`s great to have all my notes in one place. The only refill I`m not able to find is the telephone/address refill, are there refills for this?

I was excited to buy this daily planner it has pros and cons.

Mostly Pros. mid size for handling is great.
Adaptable, the paper easy goin in.

Cons. Paper easily can be removed maybe good sometimes.
It didn't have the Current year calendar so I was couldn't us until I was able to go back to the store and purchase 2014 calendar. So they must not sell many since it is March 12 2014 and it had 2013 calender.

Started using this format at work for many years and now that I am retired have found multiple uses for home use as well. The paper has a nice smooth finish that makes a pen flow easily. I love the binder that this is used for as the paper is easily added or taken out.

I don't get the skin questions for a paper product. The paper is thick, the ink doesn't bleed through and the surface is nice for writing.

I've been using this system for about 12 months through Levenger, a company that has sold this ring system for years. The downside with Levenger is price. I was beyond relieved to find the exact same papers and binders through Staples for less than 1/2 the price.

The design is brilliant - it's like a spiral notebook but you can add, remove and move pages easily. Extremely flexible: if you change your mind about how you want your notebook organized, pull the pages out and move them. If you need more space, buy bigger rings. If you have too many or too few pages, pull out or add in as needed. If you're done with a client, a class or a project, pull out the whole section and put it in a separate notebook to refer to later. If you need to share notes with a co-worker or classmate, pull the pages out and photocopy them.

Because the paper is so high quality, I have never - not once - had a page fray at the edges and become unusable like in a 3-ring binder. And because of the design, you don't have to worry about those horrid D-rings that fall apart and no longer close, spilling your papers everywhere. Far less bulky than a ringed organizer as well.

My biggest concern when switching to the cheaper Staples version was quality, and I'm pleased to say that the binders, paper and accessories seem to be comparable to Levenger. Paper is a decent weight and high quality, not flimsy and thin. Leather binders do not look cheap or tacky; very nice quality and a steal for the price with great color choices.

I'm a business owner and a parent. I bought these for all of my staff, and I have several at home for the family. I find the task list pages to be really helpful in keeping me and the staff focused on what needs to be done from day-to-day. We have an online project management system that's great, but with so much happening at once it helps to unplug, focus and break out a pen to put a good old check mark next to a completed task. The project management pages are useful as well, though there is some wasted space in the design. The boxed areas are really useful for breaking out tasks, schedules, or other information that needs to be referred to quickly later.

I'm hoping they will expand this line and add other accessories, for example, I have a whole punch through Levenger so that I can print task lists from our project management system, whole punch them and add them into my book. This also allows you to use this system to create reports and presentations. Imagine messing up the order of pages in an important report and being able to correct the mistake by simply pulling the pages out and moving them. Board members could take pages out to refer to specific slides or statements and simply snap them back into the report when done. So much easier than those combs and the bulky machine to open and close!

Different sized rings would be great as well - I have a massive notebook with 3-inch rings that stays on my desk and then a notebook with small rings to throw in my bag for traveling.

    Anyway, highly, highly recommend!

These refills are exactly what they are supposed to be. The cost and the quality of the paper sometimes discourage me from making quick notes - far too nice for a "get milk" kind of note. Even when well seated, sometimes the paper will fall out of the binder, but not often.

Love this new arc notebook and all the add-ons. I use it as a daily planner. It has space for grocery lists, notes to myself, to-do lists, etc. Went back to get the task lists, but they were all sold out. The cover is durable and attractive. Very affordable.

I use for Sunday School notes and have set up for other things that may come along. Pages come out real easy and can be moved around as needed. or added to when needed to keep notes and things together. I have all of the Arc supplies in my note book now and they work real great.

I expected the tabs that attaches to the ring systen to be atleast plastic. The attachment tabs are paper and bend easily.

I'm not a huge fan of the Action Items list at the left, solely because they take up so much real estate on the page, especially in the 1/2 size system. Although I can see the benefit of having the action item next to conversation notes, I was hoping for some new existing idea! I think I would have preferred to see the Comments section at the bottom and no Comments section. What would you put in the Comments section that you could not easily put in line with the rest of the notes. Love the System tho!

I used to have a junior size 3-ring binder that I customized as best I could, but the trouble with the binder was that it just didn't fit in my purse that comfortably. I saw the Arc system and the poly binder options and was pretty certain that I'd finally found what I'd been looking for. I wasn't sure what I would use the project planner for, but I have found that these are perfect for outlining tasks for my courses at Western Governors University. If you are looking at what to get to customize your Arc notebook, I would recommend the project planner pages to anyone who could use some help visualizing and outlining her thoughts. The quality of the paper is superb, and I do not feel like the pages are going to just fall out randomly in my purse. Just sturdy enough without being too clunky, I think.

Love this paper! I had been using organizer systems and couldn't get a good fit, either for home or business. I tried the arc system thinking how much difference can this make over the various planners and notebooks I have tried. Boy was I wrong. I am hooked on this system and the project planner sheets are one of my fav parts. There is space to take notes or a to do list and then two other sections to write something I want to give special attention to. I use these to put action items, summary, phone calls, to do list, etc. This sytem works for me both at work and for my personal interests outside the office. I can't wait till they add more items/colors. I also love how I can use the smaller system when I don't want to take an 11" notebook with me. I just pull the smaller page out and insert it into my larger notebook. Easy!
