I LOVE IT AND MY 3YR. OLD GRANDSON ADORES IT. IT IS KINDA NARROW, BUT IN ALL IT IS PERFECT FOR THE THOMAS LOVING LITTLE BOYS AND GIRLS.

Size of the toy box was great. Liked the soft sides and pockets. Like the idea of the top being used for the trains, BUT the top does not click into place on the box causing it to fall off constantly. I don't think my 3 year old nephew is ever going to have the top on the box since it keeps falling off nkind of defeating the purpose of having a toy box in the first place!

We have had this toy box for about 2 years now (since about 2009). As in the other reviews, I would say the biggest con is the top of the toy box. It just does not hinge so in order for the kids to look for their toys it has to come off all of the way and is rarely put back on. Even though my son LOVES trains, he has never really utilized the top for his trains. The soft bottom and sides are great for filling the toy box up but make it difficult to move. On the other hand, it has never ripped and it's survived multiple interstate moves!

I got mine used for [$]but it was in brand new condition, i notice the retail price is high probley wouldnt pay that for a toy box, however this toy box does hold alot, has a track on the lid for the kids to play trains on and pouches on the sides, the lid never stays on though but its little tykes so that that is expected overall its a get toy chest would look for a used one though rather then pay full price.

This is a great addition for my Thomas loving son. Great size toybox and he loves the lid as it has a track on the underside that he can use for his trains. Very easy to put together and cute.

grandma got this for him.I wish it was solid then fabric is a disapointment.but he loves it.The train track on the lid is great. kinda makes up for the fabric.

I needed a toy box for my 2 year old that would be easy for him and playful. He loves the train track on the lid and plays with it all the time. It is great storage, large enough to hold everything with room to spare and the pockets on the side are great for books.
