"Owned a set that wasn't too bad but didn't last as long as I had hoped. Bought another set to replace and they were completely flat .. and I'm talking probably 3"...in just over 3 months. Threw them out and replaced with Charter Club "won't go flat". I hope not!"

"I purchased this partly with the reviews and because I had the RL Cabana Stripe ( discontinued). I thought this was close. At first it was big & fluffy, but it was too lightweight.I got the extra firm and it is soft. It's already going flat in the middle and my head is sinking into it. I can't believe they claim this extra firm. I tried to reshape it but now I;m getting lumps!Had high hopes but this is going into a pillow sham for decor. First time RL let me down and a neck ache to boot!"

"When I first got these pillows, they were huge, and four pillows on a bed made a mountain of fluff! Within the course of a few months, the pillows have started to flatten, but are still pretty supportive. Even at their current thickness, they still provide enough neck support while I sleep. I refluff them every so often (such as when changing sheets or if they seem flimsy) and they seem to be okay for the next few weeks without much hassle.They are a good quality pillow, but with daily use, they do shrink a little. They are also seem great for anyone with allergies and are firm for those of us who prefer good support while sleeping. All in all, for the price and quality, I would probably buy these again, but would keep in mind that like most pillows, they will not last forever."

"I purchased 2 of these pillows, one for sleeping on a side and another one for sleeping on a stomach. They were nice and fluffy for about a month. Then they gradually started to "deflate" and now they are flat as a pancake."

"I bought these pillows 2 weeks ago and already they have lost their "fluff" and have no support whatsoever. I purchased the ones suggested for a side sleeper. I would only recommend these as inserts to a sham or to add some depth to your bed ensamble, which is a shame because I am a great fan of Ralph Lauren items and they usually always deliver quality."

"I live in the mountains of W,V and don't have a Macy's or much more. When i visited my Daughter in Washington P,A she brought me to her favorite store Macy's and i was hooked. About a month or so ago I needed a few new good pillows. I went online registered on Macy's and found two great pillows on sale and bought them. "I've bought very expensive pillows & still did not get comfortable, going through menopause makes it very uncomfortable & hard to sleep,& the night sweats sometimes unbearable, but with this great inexpensive pillow & the cool cotton covering makes it for a great night sleep, I should have tried these long ago. From now on this is my pillow,LRL,it is an excellent choice & a great price, I would be willing to pay more."

"When i first saw the pillows I knew these were the ones for me. I thought they were so cute. so before I brought them I decided to check them out at a store. when I got to the store i fell in love. I like Firm bedding and he fact that they came in different softness really helped alot in my choice. I brought them home, and sleft peacefully for 12 hours straight and they still were fluffy. Only negative tingabout these pillows is all logo colors dont come in each texture."
