Love this beautiful pink lipstick, that goes on rich and creamy and is very moisturizing and lasts surprisingly long! It is NOT heavy, is NOT greasy, and not heavily fragranced. The color is perfect, love it! Needs to be reapplied after eating, otherwise it really lasts when used with a base.

I just purchased this lipstick in "Hot Nights," hoping it would be just as creamy as the pink color I purchased a couple years ago. Alas. This lipstick does not have the same creaminess or coverage. The older one was in a pink metallic, so the fact that it gave good coverage was astounding, and it lasted a long time because I ususally don't wear that particular color. This red, "Hot Nights," is a lot like drugstore brands. It's thin, and I find myself mixing it with other lipsticks just to keep my lips moist. What I don't understand is the inconsistent quality. Maybe it's just this color. Maybe the manufacturing has changed. I don't know, but I wouldn't buy it again.

i love this lipstick.It's a matte but does not dry your lips. The color goes on smoothly and stays on. I got the color Lucky Kiss. It's a full color and really pretty.

Femme Fire is my FAV lipstick color. It is a great basic color that goes with everything. It is very difficult to find in stores so I have to order it online. Stays on all day...I touch up a couple of times.

This is the most fab lipstick, I am delighted with it. It has is a splash of red, with an ever so subtle touch of coral and shimmer. Not a colour I normally wear, but it is such a lovely mix of reds, it's really bright yet not harsh as some other bright reds often are. On top of that rave about the beautiful colour, when worn with a lip liner, it literally stays on for hours. Perfect winter face pick me up.

I have been using "poodle skirt" Lancome lipstick for some time. It is the best shade of pink with a touch of shimmer. I use it wth Lancome's plum automatic liner. MY skin tone is fair & hair is silver gray. I always get compliments when I wear it! Really perfect for any skin tone. Keep one in purse & one at home. Love it.

This is a nice lipstick that can be carried in your purse without the lid coming off. It has little bumps that snap it together tightly.The shade I have is "Edgy". Goes on smoothly and doesn't bleed. No objectionable smell or taste. I got this to replace the Rouge Sensation "Blind Date" that was discontinued.

I was expecting a more solid, matte color - like a hot pink. What "Poodle Skirt" is in color is barely different from normal lip color. It's translucent and "barely there", more like a gloss than a lipstick, and barely pinker than your own lips. Almost clear, with a slight tinge of pink added.The brand, though, is very moisturizing and long lasting. Great brand, bad color.-- Schtinky

I love this lipstick. I purchased "Front Page" & it's turned out to be one of my favorite shades. The color stays put even after I drink something. I usually only wear gloss but have recently started using lipstick again. Although I have to say it doesn't keep my lips moisturized. I have to add gloss for that. But I still really like it.

After years of wearing colors that are just slightly off, it seems that I have found "the one" for day-to-day. If applied over or under liner (lip completely filled in), it lasts through the day, and a little bit of gloss makes it look convincing.

I'm a lipstick and lipgloss junkie! I try them all. My favorite hands down is this formula and the Oh La La color. I'm a fair blonde. I love the depth of color the formula gives and the staying power. I'll wear other lipsticks but this one is the work horse in my cosmetics bag.

I chose this lipstick because the color seemed to be just right after trying about ten of them at the counter(among different types of lancome's lipsticks). I like the base color, but the shimmer has too much "blue" in it for me. I couldn't notice this until I actually tried it on at home. Being an over-fifty girl, it's also a little too dry for me, I have to keep reapplying too often. By the way, the color I chose was Vintage Rose.

I was looking for a color that had been discontinued, and I used the "live chat" link for help. Basically, this is a complimentary review for both the lipstick and Nordstrom's customer assistance. The rep helping me found this color and judged it to be the closest to the dicontinued one that I really liked. I really like this color and the way that it goes on so smoothly. This color is beautiful: subtle and warm, and it goes well with my skin tones. The rep's help was invaluable, since I trust her advice more than the accuracy of a color swatch online. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

I bought this in "Groupie". Hadn't previously tried a Lancome lipstick before. I'm impressed. It's tasteless and fragrance free. And it's very creamy, and applies evenly. Groupie is a shimmer color, but there's no grittiness (or glitter feeling) to it.I have dark brown hair and somewhat olive complexion. This is a great color on me for work or for going out. It's like a mild red/brick, and definitely no cool tones to it. Might be too dark for someone fair or light haired. Otherwise, gorgeous color!

I have this in "Edgy". I'm totally serious when I tell you that I put this lipstick on every morning and although the gloss aspect of the lipstick comes off when you eat or drink something, the fundamental color stays on my lips almost the entire day. It's the best lipstick and best color I've ever had. I almost never use a shade to the end of the tube, this is one I'm almost done with and getting ready to go buy another.
