This unit has great sound. I just installed it in our boat because I wanted a stereo that would be easy for different users to connect to. I'm very happy with the Bluetooth audio feature. I do not use it to connect with my phone so I can't comment on that aspect.

I really like it. I wanted to play my iPhone through the car stereo and I like that it connects through Bluetooth and I can listen to music and answer the phone easily while I'm driving.

I installed this product myself with ease. It sounds great and works just as intended. Many features available at a great price. Hard to find a system with bluetooth phone connection and an iPod controller at this price!

The amount of features and how well they work is unrivaled for the price. Have two of these decks, one is installed in my 86 Chevy pickup with component speakers at all 4 corners and a 12" sub, the other in my girlfriends 2002 toyota corrolla with stock speakers. In both vehicles the sound quality is awesome, compared to the stock toyota deck theres now bass and less distortion, and compared to the more expensive pioneer i had in the pickup it is way better sound quality and more features. I am more then likely going to get another one for 2002 Silverado.

I've owned a ton a radio's over the years and I must say this radio for the $99 price tag is hard to beat. First off i'm using a Droid 2 phone and the bluetooth streaming works perfect. You can stream pandora and use the controls on the radio to change songs and playlists. You can also stream the iheart radio ap as well but you dont get the headunit controls. When installing the headunit use the rear USB adapter for the bluetooth connection that way you can still use the front USB for your ipod, phone etc... plus it charges your device as well. Lastly the handsfree mic that comes with it works really well. I've had no complaints from people i've called, they all can hear me with no issues. If your like me and you don't listen to CD's anymore then this radio is a must buy for the price.

I love this deck. It is pretty cheap and offers great features. I wanted a deck which I could keep my ipod in the glove box and not have to take out all the time. Perfect since it has USB ports on the front and back. And in the back, the USB port has about a foot and a half of cable so you can run it to wherever you like. I just keep the little tiny BT dongle in the front. The included microphone has plenty of length in the cord to run that wherever you would like to put it. I love all the different colors. After messing a bit, I got mine to match the colors of my Rover pretty nicely so that it almost looks stock. Unit works great. BT has worked flawlessly. I like that it is pretty straight forward to use and doesn't require a huge learning curve. Also has the ability to integrate steering wheel controls. Used the Metra ASWC. Only complaint: I wish the LCD was a little bigger. No big deal. Under $100, you won't find a better deal. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Got this for my wifes Xmas present for her suv. She loves it and finally was happy to get rid of her stock radio from her vehicle.

I seriously thought it had a CD player and once it was installed by BB, I said OMG! No cd player, but the bluetooth and USB connection make up for it. Now, I LOVE IT! The built in amp is more than enuff for me! And the wireless remote is the icing on the cake!

I have been waiting a long time for my existing stereo to die so I could go bluetooth. It did and I am happy to say this receiver has met all my expectations for sound and bluetooth needs. I installed myself and it was extremely simple using the supplied instructions and wiring diagrams. I have an extremely complex amp and speaker system installed in my car and this receiver integrated seamlessly. Being able to stream my music and and any audio through my Samsung Galaxy S3 is amazing. The S3 has a software glitch which creates crackling during playback and phone usage. Samsung says an update is in the works. My kids have iphones and they love the ability to hook directly into receiver to charge and play music. The USB will charge your ipad and allow audio as well. There is tons of ways to customize the receiver. You can have it change color according to the function, audio tweaks are available for each function, etc. So far....Great!

I just want to play MP3 in my 2001 Honda CRV. I checked many car stereo both online and stores. Finally, I found one in Bestbuy store for $99. I installed it by myself. It's cheap and good sound quality. With bluetooth I can call and answer phone. I can play all songs I like from a flash drive. I like it ...

I searched for a stereo that was compatible with Android, for use with Pandora, Music, Phone, Etc. and had good reception, that I could also use with a sub. I picked this little unit up for less than $100, and installed it myself. I already had an aftermarket stereo in my truck, so it was an easy swap. I replaced a piece of Dual, that lost it's settings often, had poor radio reception, and the sound quality was poor, it was only 7 months old. I was impressed by the radio pickup, it is much better than my previous. I was also very impressed with the Bluetooth Pandora from my Droid Razr Maxx. Songnames, stations, etc. come across, the sould quality is excellent, and control is easy. There are a lot of options on this unit, and it works great. I did upgrade the firmware before connecting anything to it, (available at the JVC site). The hands free phone works well also, I couldn't be happier with this unit.

the website is incorrect, this stereo is not a cd player, nor does it have a detatchable face. It is an awesome unit at a very good price if yo are all about your ipod or android phone. Be aware it does not play CDs and the face plate does not come off!!

I bought this as it stated that 2 phones could be connected at the same time. WOW, is all I have to say. The sound and the configuration are awesome features. I needed something to connect my Personal and my Business phone as I am on the road half the time. Keeps you from getting pulled over, especially in CA. The microphone placement needs to be tested before you complete the install. I had to leave mine on the sunvisor as it got worse installing it in the Instrument Cluster area. Overall, I highly recommend if you drive alot and use 2 cell phones.

I love this, now my car has blutooth and I can also charge my iphone via usb instead of using the car smoke charger. What I can do is make calls with this thing to but the microphone is not that good but good enough. I can also play my iphone music through blutooth or usb or aux cable and when I get a call the music auto stops and when I finish the music plays again. So overall this is the best audio deck ever.

Everything about this radio is great, bluetooth connectivity, seeing the artist/cd name/ and song title on radio is a great thing. It is also nice that i can plug my iPhone in and it charges while I'm driving.

I couldn't ask for anything more. Who cares if it doesn't have a CD player. If you have CDs, just rip them to MP3s and put them on your thumb drive. Besides Pandora, I've also found out it can partially control Spotify on my RAZR too. It can move forward and back between tracks for Spotify. Don't let the $99 price tag fool you. Apparently, the removal of the CD player really lowers the price of a system. It truly is top of the line. I replaced my factory system in my '99 ZR2. This unit and 2 - 6 1/2" and 2 - 4" x 6" Pioneer speakers. I am now a JVC fan for life. Can't say enough about this system. Will be buying another one or two for my other vehicles. Ask me anything in a reply and I'll answer you.

Replaced this stereo with the stock unit out of a 2000 Saturn SC2. It's a night and day difference. I didn't mind not having a CD player, which is why I opted for this unit. First off, the stereo sounds wonderful. After taking the time to set up the radio the way I like the sound (hint: it took about 45 minutes, that's how many features are in this radio), the sound was incredible. It has multiple EQ setups, including multiple loudness settings and you can adjust the equalizer by sound frequency (if you don't know what that means, don't worry, it's mostly for audiophiles. You can set it so you can filter out certain levels of sound). Bluetooth took a second to hook up, but mostly I think because I was trying to pair the two too often. I finally just set my phone down in frustration, and it paired immediately after. Bluetooth is bluetooth (not a fault of the unit. The technology can sound blotchy sometimes, but that's just about any kind of bluetooth). The one thing that was frustrating is that the settings go on forever. There's about 32 colors to choose from, and then there's rolling colors (fades through the colors, so the radio is always changing how it looks). On top of that, you can set the colors so the buttons appear one way, and the screen is another. Then there's multiple ways to set the clock...and the equalizer...and the bluetooth has a bunch of settings...see where I'm going here? If you're experienced, it's no big deal. I've been dealing with stereos for a long time, and this was a little bit overkill for me. It's almost as if JVC put in too many choices, but if you're patient, then no worries. Overall, I'd recommend this stereo to anyone who doesn't mind playing through an iPhone/iPod/Android for their music, or a flash drive. If you can manage that and don't need the CD player, then this radio will work great.

Great product for its price which includes Bluetooth so it can't get any better. This deck does not have a CD player. No problem for me because I either use the Auxiliary, Bluetooth or play music straight from the USB flash drive. The one thing I don't like is having to press the MENU button and then scroll to find my saved radio stations. If you're the type who just uses digital media then this product is for you. Bluetooth setup was simple for me and calls over Bluetooth sound great. No complains here. Deck does not stay on without keys. Overall i would highly recommend.

Bought the product for around $100.00. I was going to buy a cheaper one for 50.00-$70.0 but thought I could pay an extra $20 to 50.00 . I am really glad I did. Now I have handsfree bluetooth. Sometime the person on the other line cannot hear me as well. But this is a low end bluetooth so I am ok with it. My son loves changing the stations with the remote. EVEN when he is sitting right next to it. Put music on a flash drive and the quality of the music is good. My son uses the bluetooth to connect to his playbook. and I use the bluetooth to connect to my phone.

I recently bought an old truck. Its AM/FM radio didn't cut it for me. After several hours of in store tinkering, I found this JVC unit. While it was one of the least expensive, I was drawn to it because it had built-in Bluetooth and it was super easy to connect my iPhone 4S to the unit. I was sold right there. However, the unit continues to delight me every day since it was installed almost a month ago. I love the ability to use SIRI to select my music, take a call etc. The hands-free calling with the unit is great too. And the remote, which at first I thought was useless, is now always in my hand. If streaming music from your iPhone is your primary use, you should certainly give this unit a solid look. I was tempted to install this myself, but my better-half convinced me to leave it to the pros. As always, she was right.

Great stereo for the price. Easy to install yourself. (Good instructions) A little awkward to use. It takes some getting used to which means spending some time parked with the manual. It's not very intuitive. Still, for 90 bucks, a great upgrade from the factory installed stereo I had.

I love this receiver, I can hook up my phone or ipod if I get tired of the radio. The handsfree bluetooth makes talking and driving much safer in my opinion and the sound quality is just as good as talking directly on the handset. I really happy with my purchase!

I bought this radio on sale for $79.99 and I think this is the best radio I have ever purchased. The bluetooth works great, I love all the different color options. Some of the features are a little hard to access while your driving but for the most part the radio plays great, I can play my Ipod off of the bluetooth. I also like the fact that if your phone is connected to bluetooth and you receive a phone call the radio has its own ringtone's. I would not hesitate to buy this radio again
