don\'t waste your money, I just couldn\'t wait until the ultrasound and read the reviews and figured I had an 80% chance at a right answer...well it was wrong. The test said girl, but i\'m actually having a boy....I wish I still had my [$] !

I saw a post on a pregnancy forum about these and decided to try it. I had an ultrasound and they couldn't tell if I was having a boy or girl, so we gave this a try! I took the test at 22 weeks and it turned bright orange! Which means girl! A few weeks later, I had another ultrasound and indeed...it was a little girl in there! This was fun, but a little pricy.

The test has been right for me 3 out of 3 times(two boys one girl) but I can see how people could easily mess it up. It is not like a pregnancy test where you dip the strip and it either turns or it doesn't. It says right on the directions it won't work right if you even shake it instead of swirl it. And apparently the process of getting a result starts where it looks like a boy result and you have to actually wait the entire 10 min for the girl result to appear. It even matters if you get down and look at it on eye level or if you just look at it sitting on the counter standing up (girl result looks like a boy result if read at the wrong angle).I'm not saying it for sure works or it doesn't work. I'm just saying if you want to spend $45 to try it, I'd read the directions 2-3 times and follow them as closely as possible. There is also a phone number on the directions so that after, if you can't tell what you are looking at, they will help you read it properly. If that's not a dead giveaway that you have to be careful, I don't know what is.As I said before, it DID work for me 3 out of 3 times.Good luck!

Bought this test at 12 weeks and referred my friend to buy one too. We both had a result of boy. We're now at 17 weeks and had our ultrasounds yesterday. We're both having girls so don't waste your money!!!

I took this test at 14 weeks and got a girl result. Found out today we are expecting a girl! It worked for two of my friends too. Don't paint the nursery or anything, but it was fun to get an early look at what I was having!

We just did this for fun, but it was wrong. Said we were having a boy, and we had a girl. If you're thinking it's actually scientific and reliable, save your money.

I took the test at 10 weeks and followed the instructions exactly. Intelligender gave me clear BOY results. I went for my 20 week sonogram yesterday and I'm having a Baby GIRL!, (and the tech was 100% confident). While the baby's gender would not have mattered either way, I'm happy I'm having a precious girl. The sonogram technician said that Intelligender is usually very wrong. Don't waste your time or get your hopes up (or down) with this product. Save your money. For the price you pay for this test, you can buy your little one something more worthwhile. The Chinese gender predictor calendar was right for me this time around. And it costs nothing.

I took this test at 12 weeks- turned girl. Had ultra sound at 21 weeks- for sure a baby boy. I think there is a 50/50 chance that what it picks is right so its pointless to get. No more accuate than your own guess

I took 4 tests. 2 of the results were girl. 2 of the results were boy. If this doesn't convince you that you have the same odds as flipping a coin, then I don't know what will. WASTE OF MONEY!!! I wish I could give this product no stars.

I took this test at 13 weeks, and followed the directions. I took the test first thing in the morning, so that the hormones in my urine were at a good level, I swirled it around and ta-da, it's a boy. You have to wait like five minutes for the color to change but it was pretty obvious what the answer was. It was right, baby's a boy!I think this is a little expensive and you should wait until the ultrasound anyway.. Plus it's more exciting to find out at the ultrasound without knowing..Plus, anyone has a 50/50 chance of guessing right, could be science, could be luck.If you do take this test, I would suggest waiting until the ultrasound to verify the results before you go on a shopping spree.

When i took this test it told me i was having a boy. At the time i did not believe this was in anyway true 5 generations in my family have had nothing but girls I have finllay broken that little family trend we had going on for so long. The test was VERY true i took it at 10 weeks and at 25 weeks i finally got to have my utlrasound and the doc said he is 100% forsure that im having a boy. Could not be happier.

This test is a total crock. I took the test and it said girl. It was a BOY.This test does not actually tell you what you are having. I think this thing is simply a pH test. You can alter the results by altering your body's pH levels. I think this test is telling you what you COULD be having, based on your body's composition (acidic PH favors girl conceptions, alkline favors a baby boy). Think about the colors on any other pH test you've seen. Orange, yellow and green! (With pink and blue at the extreme ends of the spectrum).

When my tests (I ordered 2) arrived today, I opened the first one. I decided, due to the "first morning urine" information being the waiting aka 'holding it' for 4 or more hrs equals the same thing as first morning more so since I never sleep longer than a few hrs at a time, to take one test. The plastic wrap over the box was not fully in place, I thought maybe it was just roughed up during shipping but when I pulled the tab off the test cup the rubber seal over the hole to put the urine in did NOT come out like its supposed to do. I had to remove it by hand which was easy since it wasnt ever properly placed into the hole, I could see and feel the rubber seal thru the sticker! I went ahead and took the test just for fun and got a boy result. I will take the 2nd one tomorrow morning and see if the result is different and if the packaging is adiquate or not. so far, examining from the outer plastic wrap on the box the 2nd test is in better shape than the first. Either way, if ordering it, its not worth the money spent. If you want this test go to the store or order it from the Intelligender site itself.

I baught this to see if my last pregnancy was going to give me a girl since I have 6 boys. The results came out a boy. Had an aultrasound few weeks later and came up a boy as well So for me test came back accurate. A friend of mine told me about it cause she used it and it came out a girl for her and well she had a girl. So I am now recommending this to another friend. She is not due to have her altrasound tell another month so we will see what happens.

This product is the old wives tale of peeing on crystal drano it just costs more. I bought it thinking it would be something different and was disappointed. The test came back to be a boy and we had a girl. Don't waste your money, get an ultrasound or go to fetal fotos.
