We bought this product last year and it has worked out great. It has a 17 inch height and we have not had one problem from it. We intend to buy two more for our other two bathrooms in the near furture.

I'm shocked this toilet appears on the list of my local utility as eco friendly as not only do you have to flush multiple times to get #2 to flush but pretty much every time it's an exercise in seeing what it's like to be a plumber, toilet brush and worse.Don't be fooled thinking this is a great deal and you'll save water. It's better to invest in a toilet that is shaped properly and has the rush flushing power as well as amount of water.Take into account your daily disgust factor if you buy this toilet.

Excited about this new bowl, we were quickly disappointed by the fact that as another reviewer stated, we must keep a brush handy to clean the bowl regularly. This is an embarrassing feature to endure as guests attempt to re-flush to wash down their business over and over. It WILL NOT wash away and is stuck until it is manually removed. Sorely disappointed. Maybe if we keep a can of Pam on the side?

We purchased this toilet to replace an old one original to our house (52 yrs old!). It was fairly easy to install. When we were checking out the flushing chain held together with a rubber band (and I agree-the stickers on the tank are horrible to remove), when I snipped it, it banged down and a part of the trap mechanism on the water level tube broke off-that easily. So we put a rubber band around the one broke side and it works, so we feel it has a tiny leak. I will definitely call to have that replaced.

We purchased two of these toilets. We had one installed - it does not flush all fecal matter and sticks to bowl. You have to use a toilet brush and a second flush to get the bowl clean. We returned the second toilet and have purchased an American Standard, as we have no problem with our American Standard Champion 4 toilets.

After all the work of installing this toilet, we find that there is a big chip out of the front of the toilet seat (too tired to take it back to the store). Then, of all stupid things, there are two installation stickers, one that is 3 inches by 2 inches telling the user to take off the blue band before using the toilet flusher and another one telling all users that the toilet is ASTM tested - both require major scraping to remove. Why would the manufacturer put those on the front of the tank with permanent glue instead of post-it type adhesive? So, the toilet serves its purpose and looks fine except for the chip in the seat. It is utilitarian.

Good toilet for the price, Have had it for about 1 year now. No problems yet. the only thing about it, is they say elongated, but it's more round then elongated. Still it's bigger then the round one we had. Height is good and comfortable, and was Easy to install....

We just completed a bathroom remodel. My contractor recommended we purchase a Glacier Bay elongated toilet. The toilet leaks from the base and the plumbers have had to come back twice in an attempt to fix the problem. We finally gave up and decided to buy a Toto toilet which is much more expensive but worth every penny. We will never buy a Glacier Bay product again.

People that have colon problems and have large stools like some diabetics may not want to get 1 gallon toilets. Sometimes they don't have enough power to flush.

I bought this toilet in hopes it would save water, money, and the environment. I should have read the reviews. It's great as a urinal, but nothing else. First flush had to be plunged. Will HD take returned toilets? This is not worth the money because of the aggravation.
