very easy to use, no pinching when used correctly. nice cushion so you don't get that sharp angle, just a nice curve to the lashes.

This curler is very similar to Shu Uemura! It gives a great curl and there aren't any crimps at all! The Shieseido curler is great too, especially for those who have a flat eye shape. This curler better for a more rounded eye! It works best for me! Thank you Nordstrom for bringing this brand!

Based on the great reviews I purchased this lash curler. It came with an extra rubber replacement pad so that was nice. However I used it like I have used every lash curler I have purchased in the past and Kevyn's gave me terrible results. It basically crimped my lashes at the base and made them stick straight up. Maybe each person varies in their lash "curlability" but this did nothing for me. I have since tried Shiseido's and it works great and it comes with an replacement pad too.

You will be amazed at how well this curler works. NO pinching. No question, my search for a good eyelash curler is over.

Works great. Curls better than any tool I've used in the past. Very glad I purchased this!

Tried this one based on reviews, but definitely going back to Shisedo.. I have long lashes and need one to 'crimp' a little more to get the curl. This one provides very little bend to my lashes.

I've been curling my lashes since 1996. I've never bought a curler over $7 but I decided to take a chance with this one. It doesn't have a spring in the middle like the ones I normally get but i don't think the spring is really necessary because this curls your lashes in one or two grips. It's very easy and comfortable to use and it's worth the $20 dollars!

I have always struggled with using eyelash curlers because I would inevitably pinch my eyelids until now. I don't have to be really careful how I come into my eye or how I lay the midsection on my cheek. I find that I don't hover now over my lashes and try to look into the curler to see if I'm going to pinch. I uses to close my curlers together very slowly too so that I could feel the curls start to pinch and then back-off but now I curl with reckless abandon. I have tried cheap and expensive curlers and $20 for something that should last for some time I think it is some of the best money I have ever spent!

I've used Shu Uemura for years and intended on buying that brand, but I didn't see it available so I purchased this instead. I like it. It is a good quality curler and I find it comparable to my previous curler. There is no replacement pad included.

I have purchased many, many curlers in the past and this one curls lashes and is very lightweight. I cannot accomplish curling my bottoms - I do have very deep set eyes and this could be the reason but who needs their bottom lashes curled anyway?

This is the best eyelash curler I have ever used and I love it! This curler has worked on my lashes, getting them all in without crimping them weird or pullling on the corners. This is my favorite beauty product and am so happy Nordstrom is carry them.

Prior to this, I was using Shue Uemura & lost it. Replaced it with Revlon since I didn't want to fork over extra cash. Revlon "expired", decided to try this. It's SOO worth extra $. Curls stay and last all day-def give it a try, it won't disappoint.

To be honest this curler is really similar to shu uemura, except smoother (however my shu curler is really really old). I also have the Shiseido one, which is much flatter. I am Asian and I thought the Shiseido one would fit my flat eye contour much better but I'm wrong! Definitely prefer Kevyn Aucoin over Shiseido.

Very similar to Shu Uemura curler if not exactly like it.No pinching, perfect shape. Way better curlers than from Chanel, Shiseido, Le Metier de Beaute, and so on.
