i just bought these yesterday b/c i am training for a 5K and needed new arch supports. my foot hurts so bad, i can't run today. needless to say, i will be getting another pair later on today.

I bought a pair of these Gel Arch Supports to wear in my work shoes and within 5 minutes of putting on my shoes the inserts migrate towards my toes with no means to secure them in place. My suggestion is to either add some type of adhesive to the bottom side of these inserts or scrap the entire line.

I bought this for my husband, but he did not use it, so I wore it to work one day. It is really cool! It works wonderfully, making my days at work much better (I am on my foot a lot).
