This product started out OK. I used it once a day for two months and it just stopped working. The button on the from is a poor design. You almost have to push so hard you think it will break off. I would not recomend this product. Just buy the microwave sterilzer. Its much cheaper and user friendly. The heating element gets gross and dirty. I always washed and cleaned my bottles before putting in the sterizer and once done the basket was dirty.

This is the second item I ordered from Babies R US and the product did not work at all. I took this store as my first choice but this is the second incident. I am still waiting for my first product to reach me as i opted for replacement. We order online to save our time but its totally useless. Its a total disappointment when something brand new from a store like "Babies R US" does not work even for once. I am not sure if i am ever going to order again from "Babies R US"

I used this product for about 8 months until today. I have always had to have a towel under it because it it leaks water like crazy. I cleaned it out religiously, sometimes I even had to with bleach. It always had a brown residue at the bottom, I thought it may be from the tap water, so I started using bottled water. It made no difference. The residue is in the motor, even after cleaning it out, it was still there. It made the bottles smell as well. I had to clean the bottles twice, I feel as if boiling would have done just as well. Not to mention, ,mold was inside the steilizer. Not a happy customer.

Sterilizer is great. I wash the bottles stick them in here and there ready in no time and then I just place them on my drying rack. It brings a measuring cup to measure just the right amount of water that needs to be poured in. I like that you can remove the basket to clean the sterilizer. I have no complaints about this product. I like that it has all the space needed to place each little piece of the Dr. Brown bottles.

Doesn't really seem to work well. Leaves a film on the bottles. A brown water residue collects at the bottom of the steamer. I have had it for 5 days, I have replaced the distilled water once or twice per day. I have only used distilled water since day 1 with this steamer. I rinse the bottles well before each steaming use. I washed the bottles before the first time they were placed in the steamer. I would never buy this item again. The light on the on button is arbitrary. A working light and a done light would be much better. It is not possible to "sterilize" bottles in the few minutes this thing is running. I am a parent of 2 young kids. One of them is 2 weeks old. I am also a medical professional.

Like this steamer a lot. Tried a different brand first and this one is much better. I can fit all my bottles and their accessories. Only complaint is they come out wet. If they could stream them dry I'd give 5 stars. I use to clean bottles, pump accessories, pacifiers and small toys

Great sterilizer. I was worried because of some of the reviews but I have not had any problems. I do not use tap water and I do not have any build up. Yes the bottles are wet but I just put them on the drying rack. Very quick and all the dr. browns bottles fit in the sterilizer well.
