I read some reviews saying the projector got warm and some parents didn't think it was adequate to be kept on all night. I think just the opposite. It does not get too warm and it offers just enough light. Additionally, the alarm comes in three different modes. It is simple to use and my Kindergartner loves it!

I bought this clock three weeks ago for my 20 months old daughter's room. I have it on top of the change table and have no issues with the star projection. She loves the stars at night and nap time. The sound clip is cute: just a few phrases, a line from the movie, and then some mice singing. I like that it can be plugged in or run on batteries. The radio works well. I didnt even have to unravel the antenna. It's exactly what I expected from a clock this size and price range.

Bought for Granddaughter for her 8th Birthday. She places things under the clock to get the stars on her ceiling instead of the wall. After 6 months, the light for the stars stopped working, can't get the back off to see if a bulb needs changing or what? Can't find the manufacturer to get it repaired, apparently it's imported through a company who has no phone number. [...]

This was for my 5 yr old daughter who said if she had a princess clock she could wake up better for school. The songs are great as it is different and the light projection is another cute feature that is great for any little princess

New out of box, clock only blinked, could not set time, could not set alarm, radio did not work, light for stars did not work, [...] BEWARE this manufacturer will rip you off. SAD, SAD experience!!!!!!!!!!!

Cute ( I decided to buy it even though the reviews were very poor.) I'm glad I purchased it. Some of the stores also have the unit in stock.. Pros: * Projected stars on the ceiling * Short stories (can also set as alarm) * If your daughter likes Disney Princess then this is a nice addition Cons: * No memory hold on clock for brief power loss * Light projection does not turn off by itself (we go into the room later and turn if off) * Radio picks up a few stations, but not that great * Knob/switches are hard to find and difficult for 4 year old to use

This is a cute clock for a little girl, but be aware of design flaws and lack of features. The radio dial that tunes the stations is so small and tucked away under the side of the castle that it's impossible to tell what station you're on as you can't see the numbers. If I want a particular radio station, I turn it on my son's radio and then turn the dial until I find the same song playing(and that's a pain). Also, one of the two towers fell off and now it just sets on top and the slightest bump will make it fall off again. The main feature missing is the sleep mode, where you can set the radio to play for a certain amount of time and then shut off. If she wants the radio on to fall asleep to, better plan on staying up till she's asleep so you can turn it off, or it will play all night.

Do not buy this clock! The first one we had was gaining time ... I thought I was losing my mind until I made sure it was set exactly to my cell phone clock and then watched it continue to get ahead over several days. I figured it was a weird fluke so exchanged it for a new one and this one does the exact same thing! I can't even understand how this is possible but it has happened twice and I will be returning this clock once and for all.

Grandaughter loved the gift for christmas but, I didnt like it that I had to pay $5.00 more dollars for the product. I ordered it one week and then checked on the status of another possible purchase a week later and the disney clock showed up $5.00 cheaper. Not too happy about that.
