      On day said to be shipped out, I received e-mail stating release date had been changed. I had pre-ordered, as I am an avid Dallas fan, very dissapointed.

      Pre-release ordered Dallas Season 12 in Oct 2009 when ordering available. Order was not shipped on release date as planned. Later B&N canceled the order as unable to ship. Next day, email notified me I could place a new order which I did. Again I was notified that scheduled ship date was delayed. At this point I checked with my local B&N store - they had the set. I tried to cancel the order but cancellation was not allowed (both online and by phone) for the warehouse involved. A few days later the order arrived FOLLOWED by email notification of shipment and UPS tracking number. UPS origin was listed as Louisville, KY. Since this shipment, I had another online order that had UPS origin as Louisville, and it was delayed from originally scheduled date as well. If you are wise, you will seriously evaluate the Kentucky operations.
