I've had this chair for Multiple Years Now and when I get a bump in it, it never shows because its finish is very durable.
I have mission style furniture in my home office and this chair gives it a matching look.
I love that it rolls softly down all of my floors' finishes and on my chair mats. I perform lots of video conferencing, so it keeps me sitting strait up. Using the lever, I can move my chair up and down and forwards and backwards so I can sit other ways then just strait up when using it on my own time.
I gave it 4 stars because size-wise, it may be better if it had cushioning along the neck for us short people. But it sure fits us bulky people comfortably.
