This is the best eye make up remover I have ever used. It removes the hard to get mascara, the waterproof mascara that sits in your lashes. The best thing about it is that you don't have to rub your eye area really hard to remove the mascara, one thing that I am always concerned with. The last thing I need is to add more lines around my eyes just becasue I'm trying to remove my eye make up.

I used to use cleansing oil, gel, and lotion. This was the first time I ever used a cleaning balm. And I'm very satisfied with this product. great. great. great. It doesn't burn your eyes when it gets into it. It cleans off makeup well. such a great product I would say.

Another fantastic product from Clinique!!! I have been using the liquid version of this product for several years and decided to try this. I was extremely pleased by the way that my skin felt after cleansing, as well as the convience of the product. I will *definitely* purchast this in combination with the liquid to use anternately. I am amazed at the compliments I am receiving for the "healthy and glowing" skin that I appently now have as a result of using this product.

My mother is 86, with very fair, fragile skin, that is easily irritated. The clinique cleansing balm is the best of a long, long line of attempts to find a facial cleanser that would not dry-out or irritate her skin. I would recommend this for a newborn, though not many newborns are into make-up.

"If you want a cleanser that foams up, then this is not the cleanser for you; however, if you want one that cleans then this IS the stuff for you. I had been using the Rinse-off Foaming Cleanser and was used to all the suds. This cleanser goes on thinly and does exactly what the product description states - it comes out of the container like a solid balm and turns to oil once you put it on your skin. You may not think that it's taking off your makeup, but it is. I use toner after I cleanse and the cotton ball is always clear after I cleanse with this balm and use the toner, so I know that it's getting the job done. It just takes some getting used to after using foaming cleansers for so long."

"I have been using this for a couple of weeks now. It does what it is supposed to do which is remove all traces of makeup - including waterproof makeup; However, at the end of the day, I would love something that smells and feels wonderful on my skin. This doesn't have much of a fragrance and the texture doesn't feel luxurious on my skin.l'll finish up this jar but will probably try something different the next time."

"This is the best make up remover I've ever used! Its like a wax on your face, it will look oily when you put it but it works amazing!It will remove even the hardest make up like SPF and waterproof mascara!It just melts all your make up away! The best thing also is it does not have any smell which is a plus for me :)Funny thing is, I looked like a racoon everytime I use it because it just melts all my eyeliner, mascara and eyeshadow away.I have a very sensitive skin and this did not break me out. :)WILL BUY IT OVER and OVER AGAIN!"

This is the best makeup remover / cleanser combo on the market. I was devoted to cleansing oils (Shiseido, Shu Uemura, Boscia, etc) for years and once I tried Clinique's TTDO balm, there was no going back. Cleansing oils never left my face *feeling* cleaning. Yes, they removed makeup but I always felt oily afterward and had to follow up with a rgular cleanser. With TTDO Balm, this is all I use. It removes every stitch of facial makeup including sunscreen and once I rinse with water my face is CLEAN. It doesn't leave me feeling greasy or oily or tight. My face is happy... and so am I :) I highly and without reservation, recommend this to everyone... normal skin, dry skin, combo skin, oily skin. You won't regret it!

This product is found to be one of the best makeup removers I have ever used. When I had AML- Leukemia, the balms were the only thing that I put on my head to remove the lotion that soap and water would not do so. I have used this product for so long I have forgotten the length of time and I try to tell those that need something that will work, is gentle and fragance free, to try it. I hope you know it is good for other cleansings as well. Thank you and keep it in stock.I enjoy this product.

I have used this cleansing balm for years and love it! My skin is extremely oily and acne prone in the "T" zone, and dry on my cheeks and around the eyes. I use this balm over my entire face to dissolve face and eye makeup. This balm makes quick work of the Lancome mascara and liquid eyeliner I use. If I am in a big hurry to get in bed at night this is all I will used to remove M/U and cleanse.
