Yeesh. So disappointing. Uncomfortable - lower and mid back pain, neck and shoulder pain. Needs a lower back strap to go around the waist and different shoulder straps than provided as they rise up towards your neck pulling your shoulders down and ruining all posture. Baby is "free" from your body, not pulled in close to you as pictured. At risk of head-bumping...and makes incredibly difficult to bend over at all, even the tinist bit. And Yes, incredibly hard to remove baby from carrier. Since carrier is not strapped to you at the bottom, when you try to lift baby out, the whole carrier lifts with it. No way to unsnap the carrier on the sides to open it up and ease baby out either. This is a bit like wrapping a bowling ball up in a bath towel and carrying it from a knot around your neck. It's loose at the bottom, pulling down on you, and moves separate from your own movements sometimes. It's not a well strapped-in concept where baby is "one" with your own weight and carried easily moving as "one" with your body as probably expected.

This carrier really is not good. You have kneck and shoulder pain just after a few minutes. I have been using it since my son was born for the grocery store only and my kneck is in so much pain while walking around and it has NO HEAD SUPPORT FOR YOUR BABY. Thats a big thing that bothers me. I would not get this you will be very dissapointed. They make it look good and comfy in the pictures with the mothers smiling no you will be going ughh my kneck hurts trust me! spend a little more money for a better one. It takes two people to get a baby out its not worth the money at all get a better one. I think Chicco needs to reevaluate this product! you can use it when your baby is newly born but after that its not any good to use for everyday use like it says,I wish i could return it.The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because my son wont cry in this and he will look around but i have to put my hand behind it head the while time or it whips around everywhere, not fun trying to grocery shop and push a cart around.

I registered for this carrier and was very excited to use it. The main problem, I could not get my baby out of it! I was planning on using it when I flew alone with my infant when he was 8 weeks but there was no way I would have been able to get him in and out of it alone. I returned it!

I love the product! It's mainly for my husband to carry around the baby and he loves it just as much. The padding is extremely squishy and soft and thats exactly what we were looking for, We love this product

The only good about this product is the color. There is no way the designers tested this on a baby over 10lbs. Shoulder pain lower back pain. The straps ride up towars your neck and there's no way to bring them back down. You need 2 ppl 2 get the baby out. It needs a lower back strap. Waste of money.

We put this on our baby registry and we received it as a gift. I was excited to start using our carrier as soon as our baby was born. It seemed perfect because we have to walk our dog three times a day. It was fine the first month when my baby was still a newborn and small. But as he gained weight it became very uncomfortable. It has no back support for me, I feel like I'm pregnant all over again. Now that I can face him forward, and he can hold his head up, he hangs forward no matter how tight I strap him in. The front flap that folds over doesn't really fold over and pops right back and my baby becomes very uncomfortable. I don't recommed this to anyone. I wish I would have done more research on what seems a very insignificant item but I use every day.

This is comfortable to wear and I can even get my husband to wear it. It has soft material and keeps my son close when I need my hands free. I think it is a great product.

I have many other Chicco products and they are all fantastic, love them; so, I thought I would love this, too. I was very wrong. My son is 18 pounds, within the suggested weight range. While he looked comfy and cozy, I was not at all. The straps were awful, especially the ones that go right next to your neck- all the weight hung from that point and pulled really hard. The back support piece offered no support. I had red marks on my neck after 5 minutes of wearing it. I'm trying Bjorn next.

I am glad to hear that others are disappointed with this product. 1) It is incredibly difficult to get the baby in & out, especially when you are alone (and need to use it!)I would NEVER attempt this in public! 2) Baby is not snug & secure against your body like pictured. No matter how much I adjusted the straps, my baby would be kind of "suspended" and swinging around a bit, making it unsafe & impossible to do any type of work. 3) No back support at all. Hurts my shoulders too. 4) Front-facing panel doesn't stay folded down, flaps into baby's face. Don't buy this product, really...Not worth the gamble.

I can't believe Chicco even has this product on the market. It was such a waste of money. You cannot get your baby out of it. After trying to pull him from it while still wearing the carrier, I literally had the baby laying in his crib, pulled him from one end and the carrier from the other and could not do it. You need two people to put the baby in and take the baby out of this carrier, even then it is trouble.
