We used this for our first child and will exclusively use it for our second. He had bad diaper rash once due to antibiotics and it was cleared up super-fast because of Burt's Bees. I've tried others but they were not effective. I recommend this for every baby. Bonus Funny: His daycare teacher would rave that he had the best smelling baby tush in her class:0)

Burts Bees is the BEST! We tried all types of butt cream but found that this one worked the best and smelled great! My friends always comment that my baby smells like the spa! It has a gentle smell of lavender which is very nice.

this is by far my fave diaper change ointment. I've tried desitin, balmex and A&D, all of which cause my daughter to have diaper rash after just 1 day of use (if they don't cause the rash, they at least do nothing to prevent it from happening). BB ointment is the only one i use consistently with every diaper change and see no rash. plus, i love the fact that its all natural and smells great (sort of mix of minty and lavender)

I've tried pretty much every natural diaper ointment out there and this is the best. It's thick and stays in place. Next time you change a diaper, it's still there protecting and treating any worrisome areas. It seems the other natural lines (california baby, lavanilla, etc.) are way to thin and watery. This one is the best!

I registered for this product because of the reviews. first of all this product is actually a thick ointment thats hard to clean and wipe off BUT, after its applied, it dries to a thick powder and completely seals the area from moisture. We also received the A & D Ointment as a gift and although we used that one in the begining, my baby still got a diaper rash. :( after using Burts Bees, the rash is healing.

Use it with every diaper change and love it. It's all natural and smells good. When my baby gets a little rash, it helps.

It works! It smells good. It wipes away clean when needed. Same active ingredient as found in Desitin, but it smells a lot nicer.

I like Burt's Bee's products for the most part. They are all natural and work okay. That is why I was bummed when the diaper rash cream didn't work well for my little one at all.
