great product, with having leather seats we wanted something that would protect from the marks that the car seats leave and this has done it! have them for our daughters car seats and had to have for the new one as well.

Contrary to what the box says, it doesn't "fit" all car seats. We have a Safety 1st forward facing car seat and the Brica car seat grabber is both too narrow and too short to cover the car's seat where the carseat makes contact so measure your carseat, both the base and the height, before you buy.

We've had this car seat protector for 2 years. It's not perfect, but it does the job and doesn't cost more than it should. We've used it in a car with cloth interior and one with leather interior, and I'm certain that the leather would be in worse shape. I can't speak authoritatively to the safety of it, but we're buying more now that we're having twins.
