Goes on fast, easy and offers great coverage! Sponge material makes this happen. Have to use the sponge. Wish more product came in package as a result, so it would last longer, since sponge retains unused product. BBrown could pack more product into the package, but you can't have everything! I highly recommend this brand and product for those on the go! 4 stars only because I feel BB could offer more product in the container to last longer.

I use this in beige and find it to be the perfect color and perfect coverage. I am in my early 50s but I tend to break out and this product works beautifully for me, with no trouble at all! Every time I wear it I get compliments, and one co-worker asked me if I had "lost weight" when I wore this to work. I am here on the web site to buy my 3rd compact. This also works well for me all year, in winter and in summer. Easy, quick and smooth application too. Looks very natural and healthy, but covers up dark spots and redness too. Just perfect in every respect.

I tried this after the positive reviews. Even though it is oil free, I foundit to be very heavy. I used a damp sponge to spread it thin, and itwas still heavy. The colors have too much yellow in them and made melook pastey,..I tried 3 different ones. I don't find the colors to be"true" as stated. I have tried many Bobbi Brown items, and I have foundthem to be just too much of everything. Maybe because the brand isowned by Estee Lauder. Too much glitter in the shadows, blushersheavy foundations, etc. I don't feel this is a line of cosmetics for olderwomen, much like a lot of cosmetic brands.

This is a great alternative for the oil-free foundation that Bobbi Brown offers for the fall and winter months. This is a great full coverage long lasting foundation. Covers more so I don't have to use as much concealer. I deffinetly would use a primer with this as it can be applied and feel not matte after awhile. I love the compact with the sponge underneath it and the mirror for easy touch ups.

My skin is very fair yet warm toned. It is difficult to find foundation that is not orange or pink. The pigment in the bobbi brown is perfect. The formula looks so flawless and I love the compact with the mirror. This is my splurge beauty item but after years of using so so compacts where the consistency was tacky and the color off from the drugstore this is worth the money to me.

I've always used liquid foundation but my Bobbi Brown lady told me to try this compact. I like it a lot because I feel like I have less wasted product by dabbing a sponge into the compact instead of squirting out a liquid foundation and applying it with a brush. It has amazing and flawless coverage. I also like the packaging because it makes it very easy to travel. I would totally recommend this to anyone!

I have been using mineral makeup for quite some time, but didn't think it lasted long and covered areas very well. This makeup is lightweight, doesn't feel like you're wearing anything, and covers well. I did find that using a makeup sponge works the best for applying, after I purchased the makeup brush. So, don't bother with the brush, just go to the drug store for makeup sponges instead.

this product gives a great, natural finish. you can apply with a foundation brush or fingers for a natural, luminous look or with the given sponge for a more seemless, covered look. the slim compact easily goes anywhere and the accompanying mirror is helpful. an excellent foundation in theory -- in practice however, i do have one complaint... the make-up rubs off everywhere, on everything. shirt collars, telephones, hands, really anything your face touches during the day, which can of course make for some very annoying, very awkward and very humiliating situations. my advice is to skip it and instead try the skin foundation.

I ALWAYS get compliments on my skin when wearing this! It look really natural, smooth, and glow-y, and the only drawback is that it wipes off easily, so whenever I use my phone there will be visible traces of makeup on it or if someone rubs or touches my face a substantial amount will come off. I only have combination skin, not super oily, but I break out easily with other bobbi skin products so I chose the oil free formula. I have a bit of shine on my nose and the foundation seems to fade there first, so you will probably require more touchups if you have very oily skin. Finally, it can feel a little heavy in the summer, but most people have more common sense that me and won't wear it to the beach.

This is the absolute best foundation I have ever tried. The coverage is amazing, lasts all day, and is so easy to apply. I have a bit of redness to my skin and it completely evens out my skin tone. It is PERFECT for the fall/winter when you want a bit more coverage than in the warmer months.

If you are seeking a more natural look, this is not the foundation for you. I wanted long-lasting coverage, but I didn't want to look like I was wearing too much makeup. Even applying a very small amount looked like too much. I also didn't realize the compact didn't come with any type of brush or sponge. I returned this and purchased the Longwear Even Finish foundation which is amazing!

I have been switching to Bobbi Brown products so thought I'd give this a try. I'm so glad I did because I love this lightweight foundation. I bought the Sand shade and it matches my skin tone perfectly. It goes on easily and evens out my skin tone without being at all heavy. It looks and feels very natural and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. So handy for a quick application when I have to be out the door fast.

I assumed that since Bobbi Brown makeup is so dewy, that even one for oily skin wouldn't be super mattifying. i was wrong. At 42, I need a bit more 'dew'. I'll keep this, as I think it will be OK as it gets warmer, but right now, I'm putting a heavy cream on first so that I get the hydration I need. I MISS Bobbi Brown's old non-oil free compact foundation.

Ive been using this foundation for a couple of years and still love it. Provides great coverage, very blendable, doesn't clog pores. A little goes a long way so it lasts for months.
