this is the first incarntaion of Batman to actually show some drama action and good storyline unlike the superfriends which made him look happy but in this series they play him off as he was ment to be this show is the start of the DC Animated Universe and is the best thing to happen in the 90s i love Kevin Conroy's Batman he as ment to play the dark knight i'm glad we have him again for Batman Gotham Knight and i love mark hamill's joker i love his laugh he was born for the role next heath ledger and jack nicolson i really must recommend this series for your family or yourself to enjoy

Upon purchasing this delight of a volume, I was imediately amazed at how well the show actually entertained me. The special features, though sparse, are really informative. Definately worth buying. I say to you, get up and purchase it imediately. Not a single one of these episodes are dull.

I've been hoping that the good people at Warner Bros. would have the good sense to release this title. Without a doubt, this is one of the greatest television series of all time, animated or not. Great stories filled with drama, and suspense. I rate it at five well deserved stars!

I have been waiting for these volumes since they stopped the show. It doesn't matter how old you are, you have to love this show. And this volume itself is special because it gives you the "Dreams in Darkness" episode, which inspired the new BATMAN BEGINS movie. A must for any and all batman fans!

If you are a fan of Batman, be it the movies, the comics, or the television series, this is a must have! It features 28 of the classic episodes which pits Batman against some of his deadliest foes, and the most famous villians in Super Hero history. Great for everyone! Follow the worlds greatest detective as he fights the joker, the penguin, Two Face, Catwoman, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy, The Scare Crow, and many, many others. For this price, it is definately worth it....
