  "I bought this pan because I needed a small pan for a specific purpose and now I now use it for everything! The handle stays cool, it cooks evenly and it's just the right size. I was so impressed with Analon I've been buying more and more pieces, including the baking pans. After you try this pan, you won't be able to resist buying the rest of the set."

  "I have been a long time calphalon (quality not as good as it used to be unless you get commercial grade) fan but recently purchased this pan and have been extremely satisfied with it. My whole family uses it including college age son and it is very durable, handle stays cool, and cooks evenly. I think it is a good quality pan at a very reasonable price. Going back to get more for my son."

  "So I tried this skillet and I was sold, my omlets come out perfect, when I am sauteeing some onions or garlic, they are perfect. It doesn't stick. The handles do not get hot. Take the test and try it... it really performs well."
