Upon initially getting this watch I was completely in love with it. For months I wore it every day. Then when I decided to try and change the mode one day to use the stopwatch feature, the watch went completely out of whack. Random, broken characters and lines appeared all over the screen. When I tried resetting it and holding down the mode button to set the time, the same thing happened. Quiksilver was very courteous (as always) and immediately sent me a brand new one. After a few weeks, this watch also broke in the same way. Quiksilver was great enough to send me another one and for months I thought that my "bad luck" had ended. Unfortunately just last week, the watch broke again, and I have now given up on it. Would be a wonderful watch, if only it worked :(
