  These mini stud earrings are my first purchase from Kate Spade. What drew me to them were the spade shapes. I bought the ones in cream and they are indeed very cute. However, I have smaller ear lobes and thus the plastic cap backs are a little visible from the front - in fact, I find them to be a bit on the large side. I am somewhat disappointed that the backs are not the regular butterfly post backs given how 'classy' these earrings are. Nonetheless, I will keep them and may just use other post backs from other earrings to resolve my issue.

  I've been on a stud kick lately and love how fun these are. Studs can be so boring and predictable, but these take me back to my elementary school days when I wasn't interested in wearing gemstones or pearls, but wanted something fun! They're pretty and classy too - not cheap looking at all.

  I bought these earrings to go with a Kate Spade red purse, and with the matching necklace. They are very cute and I love the shape. They are well made and have the plastic cap around the back for ease with putting them on. Love these.

  LOVE these classy earrings! Bought them in mint and they are a nice sized stud which i like, not too small, but take up most of the ear lobe and I receive tons of compliments! Perfect for spring/ summer :)

  I ordered these in mint but didn't like them enough to keep. I thought they would be cute and different as I tend to like stud earrings anyway. They just weren't anything special to justify the price for me.

  I purchased these earrings in the yellow and royal colors and liked them so much I got them in the black and mint too. They are the right size for me, large enough to see the color and the cute spade shape without being too big and garish. I've already worn them for a number of different occasions including work, dinner, going to the theatre or concerts and they've always worked perfectly (normally with a plain gold necklace).
