I was hoping that the scent would be really pleasant butI actually can hardly detect any scent . The deodorant seemsto be effective but I was really disappointed after reading otherreviews about the pleasant smell. Just not there for me.

Leave it to the French to make the most wonderful deodorant on the planet. Not only does this smell like a Parisian perfume shop, it is non-irritating for sensitive skin. And it works like a charm. I can go to the gym, for a walk, work all day, and it still lasts. This is a great product.

I love the scent. I recently bought four of them to complement the cologne.

Hi, Huge Colonia fan, here. The deodorant was a bit of a disappointment. The stick itself is consumed very rapidly, and the wonderful Colonia scent is infused with a horrendous chemical/perfume quality in this product that is not present in the cologne itself. It does the job however of outlasting the low-longevity Colonia cologne, itself, and of course serves as the post-shower base of layering the Acqua di Parma colonia all over you for the day. Be warned, though, that some (me, I mean) find the stick to be, well, cheap and perfumey, initially. Enough to, as with the Intensa cologne, for instance, cause a bit of a headache until it begins its dry-down. By then, of course, the vibe is, uhm, altered....
